I hear there is a Harry Potter game in signups. :) I would love to play that game, just depends when it starts. I'll be in the Dominican Republic in a week so we will see! I'll have to check out what else is upcoming. :omg:

Also, FYI I started reading Vilette before I left London, but left the book there :( Will have to get back to it when I get back home.

Hello, I'm Black Rock. Some of you may know me as Black Rock. I started my journey of the mafia world... hmm... 6 years this coming August or September. Right after I married my zany husband Long Con, some of you may know him as Long Con. I have played on such sites as Lostpedia, The Piano, and Revolution Mafia. I have hosted such games as Buffy Mafia, Recruitment 1, 2, and 3, Ender's Game, and The Island (Lost). I live in Ontario, Canada on a farm where I raise horses, chickens, turkeys, ducks, pheasants, peacocks, donkeys... and have pets such as dogs, cats, and goats. I also run my own catering company which has now expanded to include a food truck. I have three beautiful darling children (when they are sleeping) ages 15, 5, and 20 months. My schedule is jam packed so my nights are when I mafia.

That is me. I know many of you. Many of you are new names that I have not met.

I had an El Salvadoran beer recently. "Suprema." It tasted like Mexican beer. I also had what is apparently "the national drink of El Salvador" called Tic-Tac. I think it would be good for removing paint.

I dont drink beer all that much, (actually I dont drink alcoholic beverages all that much, a little bit of wine from time to time)
But yes suprema beer is salvadorian, but I think "Pilsener" is more popular here, which is salvadorian too, not sure which one is better, as I had them a long time ago and just like one, but I think suprema is softer

And I never had (and never will most likely) Tic-Tac thats like the cheapest drink around :D so yes I think you are right it will probably remove paint LOL

Hi.
I'm Canucklehead. I used to play this game. Then I stopped for a while because life. Then I tried to play again and the sites I knew had disappeared. Then I had a sad. Then I discovered this place. Now I am one with the universe and all is good an shiny and filled with rainbow puppies made with sparkle icing.
Here are some fakts about me:
> I am Canadian, but don't live there presently. This causes my heart to bleed maple syrup every morning at sunrise.
> I am a professional dancer/choreographer, but am currently on an artist hiatus while I work on my PhD in 16th and 17th century English literature at a big ol' University who inexplicably pays me money to sit around and read poems. Both these career paths are evidence that I am a very practical person who likes to spend great gobs of my life pursuing super practical real world things that are going to make me very very rich and allow me to buy a McMansion in the suburbs and a designer dog.
> I like pickles
> I currently live in a bizarro land called "the American South" where no one likes hockey and they make you pay to go to the doctor and dill pickle chips have only recently become a thing. Whaaaaaaaaa?? Where the hell am I?
> I do a mean Liza Minelli impression
> I am a non-evangelical vegan
> I don't really remember how to play mafia.

It's truly fantastic to have you back again, Canuck!!!

If you don't mind answering, where are you living now? I am currently about to embark on a move from the Cincinnati, OH area to San Antonio, TX, which is both exciting and a bit nerve wracking!

Welcome, I think I want to be friends with you Canuck! You like pickles and are vegan. (Although I did get snubbed by vegans in line at Chipotle when I said I was vegetarian.) Have you had fried pickles yet? They seem to be popping up here in the South more and more.

You should see a doctor.
Canucklehead wrote: > I am a professional dancer/choreographer, but am currently on an artist hiatus while I work on my PhD in 16th and 17th century English literature at a big ol' University who inexplicably pays me money to sit around and read poems. So you are "working" to be a doctor who can't help with maple-syrup heart malfunctions. I see.
Canucklehead wrote:> I like pickles
I have a whole JAR of pickles you can have for a fraction of your McMansion.
Canucklehead wrote:> I currently live in a bizarro land called "the American South" where no one likes hockey and they make you pay to go to the doctor and dill pickle chips have only recently become a thing. Whaaaaaaaaa?? Where the hell am I?
People are more interested in their local hockey teams.

Canadians pay to go to their physicians, just like everybody else in the entire world. But you're training to be a doctor who studies poetry, so I can see why nobody wants to pay for healthcare in Canada.

Dill pickle chips have been around here as long as I can remember.

Would you like a glass of sweet tea. sug?
Canucklehead wrote:> I do a mean Liza Minelli impression

Canucklehead wrote:> I am a non-evangelical vegan
That makes sense, really, since the good news involves bacon.
Canucklehead wrote:> I don't really remember how to play mafia.
You'll probably win then. A lot of people here sign up but don't "play mafia."

I am a recent adopter of vegetarianism, and yeah, I get snubbed by vegans too. But I know me, and I know going full throttle in one step is a recipe for failure for me. So I spent a few months tapering off, and plan on ovo/lacto for a while~ I have started phasing out dairy. I have a local farm for eggs, and I have not ate processed foods in a few years, so will get there eventually.

And Canuck, we do have pickle potato chips in NY, but not in every store. They were more common when I lived in Montana, but that was right near the Canadian border. Calgary was the nearest big city where I lived.

Hi all, I'm Leanna and I'm here because of Space Daisy. She is the one who introduced me to playing mafia online and we played on the piano site together.I'm also here because MP and Daisy both pleaded that I join a game and I said sure!

Here are some quick facts about me:
> I call my cat Lover or The Most Precious but her given name is Cowgirl
> I love running and it is by far my favorite activity ever
> A second favorite activity of mine is learning about anything and everything
> I enjoy reading everything from sci-fi to biographies (see above - reading is a great way to expand knowledge)
> I was born in Rhode Island, primarily grew up in Ohio, went to college in Indiana where I currently reside
> I have never met a vegetable I didn't like

Also, hi Canucklehead! I played a game with you once upon a time waaaaay back in the day on some other site but I don't even remember which one or what my user name was tbh. Fear not, I hadn't played in a long time either, before I wound up here. You'll do just fine!

Hello, my name is Dana.
I've played mafia a lot in person my whole life at camp and school or wherever, so I thought it would be fun to try this sort of version and see how it works.
You all seem super nice!
