That's a tough question. I think I would pick the way I die. Picking the year sounds appealing, but as that year approached I can see myself being driven mad. Picking the way I die might not tell me when, but at least I could guarantee myself a painless death.

Prison would not get rid of the guilt, I don't think...so I would rather stay free. Government imposed imprisonment isn't a source of morality IMO. The guilt is going to be there no matter what.
