Well I assume, when she is around, she breast feeds him. When she is not, they must feed him coconut milk - which is also magical. I like it that feeding the baby is unbelievable to you but 48 some odd people surviving a plane crash is ok.

Season 1 is the best, but 3 and 4 also kick major ass.
