I do the non-dairy milks. I like those with protein in them (hemp or soy) but I've had some new cashew milk that is rather lovely.

My Mom wanted to name me for her Mom, my Dad the same. I was named for a song they both liked.

I like anything that involves touching the earth. I volunteer at a community garden at the Litchgate Preserve once a month. At home, I stick to cat grass and herbs.

Sage. It's got a wonderful smell and tastes great on potatoes. Same with rosemary. These probably aren't that misunderstood though.

When I was in college I wore pillbox hats & cloches with pretty much every outfit; jeans, whatever. It was my protest against poufy 80's hair.

Pretty well. It's early enough in the season that nights are still cool enough, but not so cool that the windows need to be closed. I have a fuzzy cat on my lap, a dog on my feet, and a glass of malbec in my hand. Life is good.
