I have many questions about the combat rules.

Does this mean that the odds of success are the same regardless of the target/distance? If the person being shot in the head is an arm's length away, shouldn't that require an easier roll than someone on the other side of the plane? Likewise, shouldn't aiming for a person's eyeball be harder than aiming at their torso? How is this taken into account if at all? If you miss your target, is there a chance of hitting a bystander? Explosive decompression is largely a myth, but what effect do bullets passing through the hull of the plane have? Do you have to roll for aim if the target is yourself? How is suicide viewed in this game anyway? Can I ask one more question? What happens if you say "no" and I've already asked it, like I just did?

Yep.

If the person being shot in the head is an arm's length away, shouldn't that require an easier roll than someone on the other side of the plane?

Well, it's a fairly small airplane. There really isn't any place to run to, and the idea is that everyone is kind of in extremely close quarters. So, I'm not really factoring that into consideration. Also, I'm a lazy bum, and I just don't want to add another layer of complexity to this clustermug of a game.

Likewise, shouldn't aiming for a person's eyeball be harder than aiming at their torso? How is this taken into account if at all?

I plead the MST3K defense.

If you miss your target, is there a chance of hitting a bystander?

OK, if there is a situation where two or more people are very close together, I may add a low chance that a bystander could be hit. It'll depend on the situation.

Explosive decompression is largely a myth, but what effect do bullets passing through the hull of the plane have?

That depends on how many shots are fired, and where the bullets end up.

Do you have to roll for aim if the target is yourself?

Nope.

How is suicide viewed in this game anyway?

*sigh* Yes, you can kill yourself, but if you really hate my game that much, I'd rather you just asked me to quit instead of taking the coward's way out. I'd view it as a real dick move.

Can I ask one more question?

Yes.

What happens if you say "no" and I've already asked it, like I just did?

I would just ignore the question, and not answer it.

I'm guessing that the quicker we all send in our actions, the quicker INH will update the turn. Or at least, I'd be okay with that :p

Planes are naturally phallic. No girls allowed. In this, INH has created the most accurate simulation of aviation.

it's an eta. if something were to disturbing the plane, then we get a new eta. If that new eta is longer than our fuel, the plane will crash before it arrives.

How will death be dealt with this game? If someone dies will this immediately be known to all passengers on the plane?

Only people who can see the body, or are told by someone else will know of a person's death. They'll also know who was behind the role.

Once everyone currently alive knows, I'll update the public thread with that character regarded as "dead".

Hopefully that explanation made a bit of sense.
