I'm unfamiliar with the theme. Does it refer to the show Lost?

Yes.
Given my mafia experience started with a Lost community, this is hardly the first Lost mafia game. Hence 'Lost Again'.

Love it!
Despite starting mafia at a Lost-based community myself, I've barely played any of the many LOST-themed games... going to have to remedy that with this one.

On the other hand, to make it just about the same, I could play day one and night one of the game, and then take a three month break...
