Based on the claim, I'd say his role is obscenely difficult to nab a baddie with and that he got lucky. "Water turned to wine twice" or two nights in a row. It took two nights of luck for him to catch Jack.
That's like having a maybe-it-works-every-other-night cop. Not really worth protecting that slim-to-none possibility of another success instead of taking out a deepwolf leader.

Also, it would take a ton of time to case Jack in any convincing way, if it is possible to do so, and Long Con hasn't exactly been a top poster. Easier to just hand his stroke of luck over to town and see what happens.

@juliets. Thank you for checking in on me. I was so confused, but I think nova explained it pretty well. And I think I understand the whole jack/chuck talk. I am kind of taking a back seat right now to see what all happens, tbh. I feel like the game has been flipped upside down. I think the best thing is what you and Jay are doing by comparing players to known mafia (or potential mafia).

Sorry I haven't been here all day. Lots of work I think the obvious vote is Jack.

This is an interesting thought. I would say that it does make chuck look good, but I hadn't thought of chuck being Jack's teammate and all that being just a crazy game mafia was playing. Something to stew on.

I'm not opposed to kites or luna either. I know there isn't much to go on, but I have previously commented on some of Kites suspicious posts. And Luna, like I said, although I defended her in the beginning, my opinion started to change sometime during the double night. Has she ever been this distant in a game? I have not seen it. As for the others, I am gut civ on Niju. I could go either way on leetic. Neverwhere seems genuinely busy. And, Rey....I wonder if he has even read his PM. Where is that dude? He literally could be a baddie who hasn't even shown up for all we know.

yeah, modkill thoughts was my initial reaction, but after walking away to cook/eat/clean the kitchen, I realized it had to be a roll power b/c it wouldn't be fair to have the host step in that way. Honestly, I don't even think modkills are fair. Gotta keep the balance. Even if a civ is inactive, it still helps the numbers. Anyway...I am rambling.

I went ahead and voted luna. I already suspected her before this day. Then, something about how it was suddenly convenient for her to jump in and play when her name was on a narrowed lynch pole. Baddie trying to lay low that now feels threatened. This is what I think.

AND, if she doesn't get lynched today and then there is a kill tonight....even more suspect.

Luna was not active and there were no night kills for what, 2 nights? Then there was the narrowed lynch poll. Luna was on it and all of a sudden she had time to come in and get involved. With an active Luna there was now a night kill. I explained that if the night kill came about now that Luna was active, that I would assume those non-night kills were due to an inactive mafia luna.

I think Matahari looks quite genuine in her suspicion of dunya.

Kites's big vote tracker thing is a good shiny object, but not something that moves me (and he granted that much himself to his credit). I do still think he looks generally authentic though.

I think Mata looks genuine and seems to be really trying to help the civ cause. I still wonder about kites as I have almost since the beginning.

I have nothing else to add at this point unfortunately. I had time to catch up, but I have some chores to get done and errands to run. I will be back this evening.

Elo, I think mata asked you this but I didn't see an answer - why did you ask mata why you were in her POE when there were several people that had you in their POE? Why pick her to ask?

B/c hers was the only one I noticed. I didn't know I was in other people's POEs . Honestly....this game has become a chore and I am just so tired of all the words.

That is a very poor reason to vote for someone. There were plenty of people available who could have killed during the night. And there are plenty of reason that the previous night-kills didn't go through.

well, I guess i am further along than I thought....I have already read pg 59, but somehow missed 58. This is the thing....Epi has told me that my computer is crap b/c I leave firefox up too long. He said I have to close it when not using it. So....I am having trouble finding where I left off and I think I am missing posts b/c of it. For example, I just now read pg 58 but then when I got to 59 I realized I already read 59. I was to be good and helpful and all, but I'm just. so. tired.

The walls of text and the amount of posts makes everything feel like work and I already have a job and a family to tend to. Look at LC a moment. See how much he has posted? If he hadn't lucked out on his one awesome act which showed he was def civ, he would be in the POE for sure by now, probably even dead or mod killed. But....If I decide that this is too much work for me (now that I have already tried to get involved and participate), and if I drift away and stop participating, I am all of a sudden a huge suspect. Why? I am just acting like Rey, or LC, or neverwhere. But b/c I was once involved and am now over it, I get suspected. Stupid. So, number one reason I have been quiet is apathy, number two is RL, and number 3...I had been set on Luna as a great lynch candidate so I felt I didn't need to be so talkative. Remember back when votes were not changable. If you had your mind set and voted, you were not expected to keep yapping all day long. Why now? No thank you.

Elohcin, I see you brought up Long Con. I had a thought last night. He could totally be scum and worked out a plan with his team to claim that Jack was scum, effectively buying civ credit so he could coast to the end of the game. I'm not saying it's likely, but it would be possible. Do you think he would do something like that?

I do think he could do something like that. LC is a mastermind.

Also, I think it is worth noting that after my catch up, I am AGAIN undecided on you. I have two people that I have SO much trouble reading, you and nutella. Everything nutella says and does usually screams "baddie, baddie" in my head. And everything you say and do usually screams "civ, civ" in my head. The reasons I think you could be bad are all related to your timing of participation. If it is true that RL was the factor in all of it, then these last couple phases would point to you being civ. It makes me confused. Plus, you were cursed yesterday. I would think that would be a baddie role. I know the roles are messed up in this game, what seems civ could be bad and what seems bad could be civ. My role seems like a baddie role. I don't think it would help civs, so I have actually refrained from using it all game. If I had the insanifying role (as a civ), I think I would be more careful with it. So I am thinking that whoever has it could be bad.

I will play like eloh. And y'all are just going to have to be okay with that in Epi games. I play for Epi. I am a warm body for epi (in more ways than one). I try to have fun, I do. CIV BEHAVIOR #1 - I try to be involved as much as possible. CIV BEHAVIOR #2 - I am HERE reading. CIV BEHAVIOR #3 - I comment and answer questions. CIV BEHAVIOR #4 - I have given reads even if not in depth like that of some others (again, I don't play like others, I play like me), but they ARE there. CIV BEHAVIOR #5 - I don't ignore ANYONE like GG so don't EVEN compare my behavior to that of how I was treated in GG. If you would like more evidence, you can reread me and see what you find.

This would be my POE and in specific order. Jay/Dunya are together only b/c I view them as the same baddiness. Please look, read, and refute so I can narrow it down if possible.

dunya - this one is difficult for the same reasons as Jay (note I am starting from the bottom of my list and working my way up)

JaggedJimmyJay - I could go either way on him. He puts so much time and effort into those walls of texts. It really could be a big civ move or a great effort to look that way.

juliets - civ in my opinion. really helpful in trying to find the bad guys.

Kites - one of my top suspects. I have questioned him from almost the beginning. I remember reading on ONE post from him that had me thinking he MIGHT be civ.

Long Con - sittin' pretty over there on his civilian throne. I do wonder though, as luna brought up, if he could be tricking us all. It would be the ultimate mafia win for him to get away with playing so lazily. I am a bit suspicious on the fact that he is playing so lazily like he doesn't care, but he has voted every lynch (like he brought up). I am not sure that voting every lynch but being so distant in the thread is a good look.

Lunalee - still unsure of this chick. If she was is telling the truth about why she was not participating at one point and how she finally had time to get involved, then the rest of her behavior looks pretty civ.

Spacedaisy - worries me as being what you all call a "deep wolf". She is a pretty sneaky on, imo.

speedchuck - I am thinking civ. I feel like I don't know much more about him now than I did when he was hyped up on medication.
