I think he's come at people's perspectives genuinely. I liked his responses to Jack's early pressure.

I don't think you have the right interpretation, but I did think he wanted us to stop derailing the thread as he felt like it was dominating discussion, and the way he handled is during that exchange, I thought he came out good.

Given his in thread process for coming to the lc vote, I don't think he is on lcs team.

How much of your background is role madness? I've used the self vote as town to the towns benefit a few times in role madness games, I think there is a definite place for it. In fact, I think it is almost always inherently town leaning to self vote. Generally the only mafia justification for it is to engender sympathy as it's difficult to balance the potential tactical gain with the much more sizable risk (that a townie doesn't really feel).

I have arguably saved my own life and in so doing made a tangible difference to the town cause in doing it. I also believe there is something to be said for a townie identifying when they are allowing the mafia to use them as an agenda and getting out of the way (although less frequently). I have no problem getting lynched if I think it's a net benefit to the town.

Part of this probably comes from the culture of not revealing roles that are NKed as well, which you may not be used to? Being lynched can sometimes provide better information.

My overall point is - non-changeable votes, role madness, no NK role reveals... this game is right in an old school wheelhouse for many of us, and it's that old school wheelhouse that informs how we play. Don't be too down on it, any tactic can be used advantageously to the town in the right situation.

It was giving up. SVS stopped trying to get a mafia member lynched and MP stopped trying at all. The mafia was able to take advantage and push a mislynch on MP.

Now, I never want townies to give up. This game can get emotionally taxing but as a townie it's great if we can fight through it as well as possible.

But, to my perspective, giving up is a different thing to self-voting or asking people to vote for you. I asked people to vote for me today. I did it because I wanted to see if they actually would, and because I felt the way they reacted to that could be telling. It did lead me to treat Dom and LC very differently and end up pushing in the opposite direction to where I began.

Like ricos readslist, even though he continues to tunnel incorrectly on me. I'd probably have to catch every baddie for him to reconsider. I'll just give you a dose of wifom and say - I'd not agree to curse you. It was an irrational decision and I don't like me or my teammates using their powers to be more amusing than effective. At very least I'd argue strenuously against it.

In jacks analysis, the thing that stood out that I hadn't noticed before was lcs attempt to poke holes in tsps attempts to stop looking like Marcus. My guess is that if tsp is bad, he's a politician.

I have very limited time this day phase to read or comment. I'll do what I can, but realistically don't expect to see much of me between now and deadline.

I'm intrigued by Rico's abundant certainty on INH... it's the kind of thing I have a tendency to follow on faith alone because he's acting how I would act when I was real certain. However, Rico has also shown no sign of backing off me despite being wrong about that, so I'm not sure how sure I should feel.

I don't feel good about Tony and am considering a vote there. I also am looking forward to timmer's contribution now that he has caught up (which is a way of saying, I'm no longer giving him slack, and will be looking for further signs of Deborah).

I'm hoping to see a reduction in Wilgy's enigma. He started off strong but it's dwindling.

Dom is someone I'm still in two minds about, the paranoia in me is strong. But I don't intend to pursue him while he's cursed.

Ah. I didn't realize that.

But I do think some interesting conversation came out of compiling the lists, so yay.

I think the list compilation convinced me that the scope for people who could know about it is too broad to use it reliably, but it also helped me see that there's still a real possibility that one of those cursed could be on that team... I also thought about people like juliets who would likely read most games and the fact that I read some games I'm not in and realised... I think it convinced me overall not to judge on the basis of the curse.

This reads like a teammate sort of but not really defending a teammate. You're basically saying that Rico might have info, INH hasn't seemed civvie, but really, this means INH is right and not bad.

I think it's very possible inh and tony are teammates.

Rico has nothing on me but it's interesting to see who picked up on my earlier implication that rico might have some info. I tend to think people who know something is true are more likely to embrace it.

I think Tony's team has a lynch switch. The other possibility is only 3 votes counted for tony and one of elohs was Marcus.

No. Quite the opposite. I can't read Eloh great, but yesterday she went from 'maybe town' to 'probably town' for me, and I don't actually understand how she took votes, like I just don't know where they came from.
