Return to “Fire Emblem Draft Mafia [Game Over]”
Allow me to answer your question and anticipated follow up questions.Iron_Dwarf wrote: ↑Wed Feb 28, 2018 4:32 am Jack, how does it work with the lives and lynching? Just so everyone is on the same page.
It’s always complain complain with you players. “Jack didn’t count my vote” “Jack didn’t send me my night results.” “Jack locked the thread and now we can’t play.” When I was your age, we didn’t even have mafia. We had to play murder in the dark. Just be happy you aren’t shaking hands with an overly sweaty Rico.Kites wrote: ↑Thu Mar 01, 2018 12:15 pmhey I votedJackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 01, 2018 11:19 am [7] Quin - Marmot, Nutella, Dragon D. You know, you use these books enough and they just disappear, right?
It's mostly Binding Blade/Blazing Blade/Sacred Stones. I may someday do a sequel that's more Awakening/Radiancesprityo wrote: ↑Fri Mar 02, 2018 4:04 pmThis isn’t awakening, it’s sacred stones or whateverJackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 02, 2018 3:58 pmYou know, you use these books enough and they just disappear, right?
colonialbob wrote: ↑Fri Mar 02, 2018 4:36 pm Also I'm voting Rico/Epi under the understanding that the players themselves will thus be required to go on a date or something.
This hurts me more than it hurts you.colonialbob wrote: ↑Sun Mar 04, 2018 1:21 pm I'm lynching jack d1 of the next game we play together for not having a godamned poll i swear

Make this comeback happen, town.
I’ve played through Blazing Blade and Sacred Stones as well as most of Binding Blade, half of PoR and way too much Heroes.Kenway wrote: ↑Tue Mar 06, 2018 6:57 amYou haven't played any Fire Emblem games? This is my first one and albeit its simplicity (coming from Final Fantasy Tactics, Disgaea, and Tactics Ogre) it's really fun and they really nailed down the presentation. I wish you all the best with your new job and weight loss goal, you can do it!Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 06, 2018 6:08 amIf I get this new job and hit my weight loss goal, I’m buying a 3ds to celebrate and this is the first game I’m going to get. Like 2/3rds of the Awakening cast is in Heroes so I’m excited to tip some scales.
I absolutely hate all the Feys except Maya. They are all irrelevant to or else undermine the plot and it makes me uncomfortable when Mia merges with Pearl.Dragon D. It totally undermines the player when you solve the case but you can't win until your ghost friend blackmails the bad guy into confessing.Dragon D. Mia is awesome.
That cases where you play as her... damn.
I found the last two cases in AA2 to be really annoying. Big Top is just bad and while case 4 was probably pretty good, I played it over such a long period of time and the case log/evidence was so badly labeled, I couldn't solve the case. Kept having to check walkthroughs, which would point out reasons why certain statements were lies but I had long forgotten those plot points and it wasn't in the evidence so there was no way to solve the case without starting over or cheating. Left a bad taste in my mouth. AA1 did not have this problem. You could pick up cases 3 years later and still solve them based on the evidence you had.Dragon D. Don't remember getting to be Mia so maybe I'm missing out on her big moment.
Yeah play AA3. Actually play all six games, but if you have to stop at a point, at least finish 3. It's completes a full story arc, it's the best game in the series, and it has two cases where you play as Mia and they are both great. It also features the best prosecutor and what is probably the best villain (though Gant/Von Karma say hi).
