The cavaliers are the unpromoted paladins. The three roles are already tied together without being colored green in the first post. I suspect this is a matter of flavor. The host isn’t revealing three civilians on Day 0. I do have civilian reads on the cavaliers though.

sorry, I'd say that about anyone else in the world (I've even said that in this thread about sprityo and sig maybe when they were all huffed and puffed out about not being chosen to be mafia?) but not Kenway. That feigning ignorance sort of thing is just not his style at all. He'll happily deceive you, but this particular kind of manipulation and lying and fake oversighting is not Kenway.

I'd actually say it about a lot of people in the world. I think it looked sincere even without accounting for the personality that is Kenway, and that solidifies it further. Kenway moves from orange to green.

I think hiding behind roleplay is suspicious, especially when you're not familiar with the game, which you've indicated you aren't.

2. I have no idea about Fire Emblem, but paladins are in a ton of different fictional realms. I spent a long time playing one in Dungeons and Dragons.

Roleplay is fun. Civilians like to have fun too. And the notion of "hiding" is the issue. Am I hiding at all? So often players feature real content in their roleplay, and others ignore or overlook it because they don't look past the surface appearance.

This all came in response to colonialbob giving Mac shit for his drafting behavior. I am not typically the sort to care about "omgus", but when it's MacDougall my mindset is different. He loves to be blatant, and this is very blatant. I struggle to believe that he really is in a frame of mind featuring colonialbob as the one who must be lynched independent of bob's accusation of him. It's about bob's first post, and that's an accusation that reads cooked to me. I am being asked to buy the coincidence and I am not inclined to do so. Then the last thing there is just pointless.

We need to use a uniform method for calling our votes. Otherwise it will much harder for the host (and for us) to track votes. I propose the following: bold, underlined, and capitalized with the word "vote" first. I would include a color, but that's tougher on mobile. For example:

Even a gun-to-head read has to have inspiration from something. It might not be a specific post. It might be a tone. It might be post count ranks. It might be anything.

I have never called someone scum GTH for no reason. I might not have had the inspiration until the exercise, but I'd still be able to qualify the read in some distinct manner. Even if it isn't about the player being read, there'd be a contextual inspiration (process of elimination, treatment from someone else, etc).

What I am trying to discern is why those other players have earned a scum GTH read -- and even if Mac is unsure it should be a priority of his to figure that out -- and how that can be compared/contrasted with his single ping on colonialbob. That ping is what I think looks fake, conveniently manufactured for a blatant omgus true to Mac form.
