When he subbed in he called me his mason and I accepted. It was clearly a joke, not a serious claim. I recognised it could be pocketing but generally townread his entrance and appreciated someone not scum reading me (as nutella was doing at the time).

I feel the opposite. He eventually dropped his Hyena suss but got stronger on Thunal/HK as time went on. If either is spewed town its probably HK tbh, despite his slot generally being PoE by all standard measures.

Hyena probably is just town too despite also being a sdcummy slot otherwise. Sloonei avoided heavy interaction with his known teammates. Even cat he barely touched despite the suspicion of them in thread.

I'm still up for eliminating Alison and making this a town only win.

I remember seeing a ted/Michelle early game interaction that felt not w/w. I don't remember what now.

It's probably just Wilgy.

Like so far all the mech stuff has made sense and our general PoE has been good...except for Ted. He disrupted us, but aside from him we've been collectivey correct.

Wilgy has not been part of that and has unresolved issues with his role claim.

I don't think this game is as complex as Ted made us fear. It's probably just Wilgy.

Ted went hard at Wilgy at the end. Could be a scum knowing it'd be the only thing that might save one of them. Imagine we'd flipped a wolf Wilgy instead - we would be probably giving Ted a chance now and believe him more.

And Wilgy getting a result in Dizzy's role makes no sense. Last time something about a role made no sense it turned out the wolf, Ted, was just lying.

If it's not Wilgy, I really don't know who it is.

First of all we've got mech clears (Kyle, tutuu, LC), plus people who seem unlikely to be partnered based on mech stuff (Dizzy, Michelle) and people who are just super duper towny (JPIC, Syn).

Hyena - looks spewed clear by Sloonei
Hollowkatt - looks even more spewed clear by Sloonei

Tim - everything about his game now makes sense and I feel its clear my roleblock wasn't responsible for preventing the MK so likely just not him
Made - um...I forget everything mech related about him, tbh, but I don't really see a case for him

But regardless I don't think it matters. I don't think it changes the gamestate we're in whether it's a role or modkill.

@everyone these people are mechanically locked. There is zero evidence of any tampering or lying from or about any of them.

None of these people should be discussed anymore.

There has been one 'weird' mech thing this game and it was Ted and he was lying.

Everything else has been straightforward, verifiable, and resolved when there was any dispute.

If you take out Ted lying and throwing things into chaos for a round and a half, this game is still in a state where there are cleared/obvious townies and a small and getting smaller PoE.

We need to stop tinfoiling crazy mech and come back to our pre-Ted state of viewing the game.

That's more fair, I guess. It's been a long game and I'm one of the top posters in it; my energy has waxed and waned throughout the game. D5 was an easy 'yeet the caught wolf' round so I slowed down, and D6 was a crazy mech round and I made my views clear and then basically waited to see what everyone wanted to do.

Fine. My insulted state will recede to a mild resentment.

The first bucket are people I read as town. The second bucket are people I'm told mechanically are town but I don't town read them. Does that help it make more sense?

Well re-do your buckets. Michelle and Made are not mech confirmed in the way tutuu and I are.

There's no progression to your Sloonei read. You just camein to the game in D1 and said he was mafia and then took credit when he was outed phases later.

It is never Dizzy. He was the single biggest factor in making sure Ted got yeeted at EoD6. His claimed role is town-sided, and has been essentially verified to exist.

And that's not even taking into account him being standard Dizzy. Well, Dizzy-lite. But still Dizzy.

It's also not Tim, I don't think.

Everything about him this game makes sense to me now. He deliberately took an anti-town approach to dodge any chance of a NK (a bit presemptuous of him imo), waited for his N6 kill, and was obviously frustrated that that got blocked too. You could see him reluctantly agree to townread me and explain his thought process (the post everyone called scummy).

And I doubt it's HK either. I agree he fits the conventional profile of what a scum in D7 might look like - less present than others, less engaged, less involved, etc. But Sloonei really wanted him dead D1/D2. Like, more than your standard distancing tactics, I think. And you take into account Sloonei's treatment of Cat, Nanook, Marmot, and Ted, all of which he barely interacted with...

HK remains PoE by virtue of others being more clear, but man, I doubt it.
