I'd love to tell you I "don't agree" with something you said about SVS, but you haven't actually said anything about them. You just call them a wolf constantly but never give a reason.MacDougall wrote: ↑Mon Apr 10, 2023 9:59 pmMaybe later I'm watching Raw and phone posting. You made a little light shade about them... pointing out that you lied? and that they tagged dennis? But that is the only places I found in your entire ISO where you actually mention anything that SVS has done, and the rest is just you repeatedly calling them a wolf.
"Point out posts you disagree with" only works when you've actually made cases and arguments.

Re: Hotdog Fingers Mafia [Day 2]
It's not "you're their partner" or anything like that, Mac just wants to point out that I'll look bad.
Mac knows my alignment. Based on this, I'd guess he's bussing, but honestly it could be either way.
Regardless, Mac does not have a good SVS case and the fact that Mac is doing this stonewall on me when I'm trying to work with him, it's no bueno.

Look at Mac's SVS record. Does that look like Mac trying to sort someone, or does that look like Mac trying to flip someone? Keep in mind that again this is independent of SVS's alignment, ask yourself how MAC actually looks.

Mac's vibe this game is way off, and I think they deserve much more scrutiny than they're currently getting. Idk if they're bussing SVS or if they're just pushing them, but their case on SVS is non-existent, while simultanously not being willing to engage me on the subject unless I tell them specifically what in their case I'm bothered by (the fact that it is non-existent, clearly).

Nutella, I literally asked Mac why his read was what it was on SVS, and he refused to elaborate, and that is exactly why I looked into his ISO and found that he has said NOTHING about SVS.nutella wrote: ↑Mon Apr 10, 2023 10:22 pmMac quite literally did his signature town move of snapping out of his silly goofing because he could not stop himself from going into solvey mode once he established a few town reads to work with. Should I be forced to only talk of SVS, and not voice my scumread on Mac here? Mac is acting wolfy, he has been all game, I now have a concrete lead to back up that feeling.

Okay, I am getting frustrated. Mac's reasons are not up to basic standards, not just "my standards".
Please quote Mac's reasons for his SVS push. I am trying to speak to you, but I cannot tell if you aren't listening or actually disagree. I want to make sure you've actually looked at Mac's ISO and looked through their SVS posts, because right now I kind of think maybe you haven't and are instead choosing to let you current feelings of Mac tell you to defend him. Look through his ISO, ctrl+f SVS, quote the reasons for his SVS read, which should hold up to BASIC standards, let alone my standards.

Vibe reads are too easy for wolves to hide behind. And if Mac only vibe-read SVS, they could have just said so when I pushed them on it. Instead they told me to tell them what i disagree with.
Ergo, Mac would only TELL ME TO SAY WHAT I DISAGREED WITH if Mac was trying to put up the pretense that Mac actually had reasons. Mac isn't claiming vibe reads here, Mac is claiming reasons, but their ISO doesn't back it up.

One of your early "differences" was that in Champs practice I did both scumreads and townreads early. It actually use to be a scumtell for me to state townreads, and I still often don't bother to townhunt as town, so your understanding of me is way off, and you have plenty of people in the thread that know me better than you do to help shape your understanding.
Idc, I'll happily thunderdome you today.WindwardAway wrote: ↑Mon Apr 10, 2023 6:11 pmCrap, I don't scumread you actually

So congrats, that's a point in your favor
My normal town modus operandi is to cover myself with large amounts of fresh meat, and then stand in the middle of a field yelling, and then look around at everyone to see who is 1. wolf taking the bait, 2. town genuinely just hungry for steak, 3. wolves shying away from me in weird ways because they know I'm trying to bait then, and 4. town shying away from me because they know they can watch and find people who satisfy 1 and 3 around me.
It is not reasonably structured, but it is effective.
1) making a read that probably makes sense to someone who doesnt play with you often
2) making it obvious and well known she is sr'ing you to the point of considering thunderdoming with you at various points
3) acknowledges that the read was stubborn but shared it anyway
4) includes other reads like on neon that she establishes are separate from you
5) sees a post that reminds her of the town sean she has seen and then changes her read
so unless the post(s) she tr'd you for are ones you don't believe she should tr you for, then where is your biggest issue? I read the tone as really genuine because she chose to make the arguments against you relentlessly while also realizing it didn't really put her in a good light. and even put a pretty big spotlight on you two. what good does it bring a wolf who was in a comfortable position to want to thunderdome in that scenario? I don't think (and i absolutely could be wrong here, i;ve only played with wwa like no more than t wice) that wwa would make a big gambit like that - for reasons I can't even begin to comprehend either
My main complaint about WWA is that the things they've focus on re:me are things that don't make sense for people who know me, and I've pushed them to consider this/explore this and they haven't.
Their thunderdone thing was weird.
