Well I read the games after making the case and you didn’t have many recent ones to choose from. The case I pushed while you were here was not in any way based on those games.

If I wanted to I’m sure I could have found some great examples of what I was looking for but it would have been a little disingenuous.

That makes me a bit more comfortable with a lynch in that direction.

I did notice that about Sabie — most townies wouldn’t feel the need to make the necessary post a day but scum has a team to carry.

I ISOed Dom. You read a game I didn't really play, a game where I died on Night 3, and a game where you couldn't follow the thread and concluded this is consistent with my meta?

Was I supposed to conclude that it is not in fact consistent? That you are not behaving like your town baseline? Also for the record I read a few games you didn’t “really play”.

Let’s take mine. Yeah I’d kill active regulars. I’d probably shoot LC and Jack by now cause we’ve played substantially more together and I wouldn’t have taken the exact same lines the scum have taken so far this game but I’ll shoot active players who have a history of being good. (Actually in this one as the SK I’d be putting bullets in non-participants it makes discussion run better which means scum is more likely caught which increases your odds- a message to the SK: please shoot the players who aren’t talking it saves town some work and increases your win percentage).

that was a reference to todayish where some people whose intentions I am not sure of asked me a lot of the same things with the same underlying assumptions.

What do you think about the fact that apparently the entire creature wagon has migrated to Sabie?

I have no idea what to make of it it’s crazy. I guess in theory it works if Sabie was scum but scum didn’t want to bus yesterday and see no other option today which I actually think would shape our scum team pretty effectively.

Michelle, Drago, and Owner are the only players who haven’t voted for Sabie between today and yesterday. My guess is that means inverse relationship? Drago hasn’t been around today as far as I can tell so no judgment there, Michelle seems bleh but I’m holding onto Epi’s read for today, Owner seems fine.

What is the relationship between the status of Timmer and Sabie? Jack said he thought Timmer was town for x reason but hasn’t elaborated on that thusfar.

It could also be that Town is following around scum lynches: scum is setting up a dichotomy between the town candidate they’re pushing for lynch and the lynch they pushed yesterday. That would mean Epi and LC need a reread.

Here's some actual mechanical analysis: someone give me odds that the mafia knows who the serial killer is.

Put this another way: an efficient usage of the scum powerset is to block two people each night. That can narrow down the list pretty quickly. For the last two nights there have only been one kill. Blocks? Maybe. Doctors? Maybe. Same targets? Maybe. Immunities? Maybe but then there'd be some other clear information available. In any case I'd assume scum has some solid distinction of what people are and what people might be more dangerous to them.

I've never tried to sub in as a different alignment before, but I definitely don't understand why that would be "easier". Anyway, I'm still town, and I'm glad I got the chance to sub in again, cause I was pretty annoyed with how D1 went and dying N1 as well. So I was already invested in the game when I came in again. Jack may be buddying me, but it's true that I prefer playing town waaaaaay more than scum.

I’ll hesitantly trust better opinions on this one. Also can’t really imagine anyone who’d rather be Town than scum but I think I might be an odd one out on that.

Yeah it’d be nice if he explained that beyond the wagonomics. But to that extent his townread of Timmer is at least documented. If to him one of Timmer and Michelle is scum he’d vote for the one he thinks is scummy.

Let’s talk about the usage from Jack and others of sker.

sker would imply that just sk would be serial kill.

There is no such thing as a serial kill it is almost oxymoronic. Therefore it is a bad abbreviation and we should cut off the last two letters and leave it at SK.
