I don't actually care about her performances, but I'm asking because there's a bunch of people jumping her for believing an infodump and where I started on the Realms the default rule is to trust info unless given a strong reason not to (almost to a fault really).speedchuck wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 11:52 amShe also has a list of games she's played in her signature, which I have turned off for reading's sake.colonialbob wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 11:50 amNot helpful for my purposes, since apparently there are both types of games herespeedchuck wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 11:48 amHer first game was on this site, so the site history is all here.colonialbob wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 11:46 am Lunalee what's your mafia background? He seems very angry (which I think is normal for him but I don't really remember), and I am not getting the best vibe. I see that Wigly is in the lead right now but I don't have much of an opinion on him, and he also isn't on the Sloonei list if that discussion is still going on right now. I feel sort of okay about the other 4 on the list at the moment.

This post is so close to being a really good insight and then it trips at the finish linetimmer wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 11:30 pmSo... I'm not moving my vote because someone has info that may or may not be true.
What's your plan if we lynch one of these 5 and they're civ?
Let's say we lynch Luna today and she's good.
Day 3 we go "oh it's one out of these 4 now, those are even better odds", we lynch Kyle and he's good.
Day 4 we lynch DDL and he's good.
Day 5 we lynch Quin and he's good.
Day 6 we lynch G-Man and he's either bad (you got good info) or not (your info was incorrect, or you lied and made us waste 5 lynches)
We could waste up to 4 lynches if the info is right, 5 if it's wrong.
So I think quite heavily that tranq is bad and one of his teammates is on the verge of getting lynched today, and their team is frustrated at getting hit by map info.
So considering the state of the poll, I'll move my vote to wilgy since he's in the lead he'd be the one tranq is mad about.

Wtf we have 30 people and I'm assuming something like 12-14 are civ, lynching 2 civs the first 2 days is always the most likely outcome.sig wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 3:34 pm Also not caught up all the way, but I dont want to lynch Mac, though i do think a sloonie lynch is becoming more viable.
Basically with the town leaders/high speed civs we need this strategy if they keep leading us wrong we need them gone. This is true fpr epi, mac, and sloonie. Since rhe longer they're alive and the more mislynches they led the more likely it is they're mafia
Also I'm still reading but I don't see sloonei driving a wilgy train at all so far. Mac correctly called the wilgy lynch as Garbo, iirc Epi wasn't a fan either.

Re: Mafia: A World Asunder - GAME THREAD [Night 2]
MacDougall wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 12:27 amSo my cat, Franki, recently came down with a pretty severe stomach virus. The vet gave me some anti biotic drops to put in his food but when I’d do that Franki wouldn’t touch it. So, the vet suggested using a small dropper tube to insert the medicine directly into his anus. The first time was absolute hell, my cat fought me the whole time but once the tube was in and the medicine pushed out he seemed to calm quite a bit. Well the next day he was acting strange, he has always been an independent cat, rarely coming around, never wanting to be held, but as I sat on the couch he started walking back and forth meowing and rubbing my leg. He then went and jumped up on the table where we’d done the application the night before and meowed louder and louder until I decided I guess we will go ahead and do the medicine treatment. This time he didn’t fight me though, and when I inserted the tube he closed his eyes, stretched his neck, and let out a noise that can only be described as a moan of pure ecstasy. Maybe the medicine made him feel better, I supposed. That night he slept on my bed curled up right next to me, which he had never done before. For the next week he’d do the same thing every day, meow on the table until he got his ‘fix’... But then the medicine ran out. Even though I had no medicine he’d still cry and beg for it, I thought maybe if I insert it without medicine he will realize it doesn’t make him feel better anymore and forget about it. Well that was 2 weeks ago and he is only getting worse. He walks around me all day with his tail up presenting his rectum and trying to entice me. He is demanding insertions more and more often. Yesterday I caught him looking longingly at the turkey baster... When I sit he jumps in my lap purring and rubbing me affectionately. It was then in horror I realized my cat thinks I’m his gay lover, and that I’ve been sexually pleasing him for weeks now. Needless to say the sexual tension between us is palpable. How do I let my cat know that I’m not gay, but still like him as a friend?insertnamehere wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 12:23 amyou fallacious ballerina, you've been spinning around the facts this whole game.MacDougall wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 12:22 amYeah I guess you might be right about Turnip Head not being Mafia and nutella being. Lunalee wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 12:42 pm The fact that juliets had the gentle Sheppard role and was also mafia makes me think that either roles and alignments were both randomized, or she was killed by the trickster, who is still alive and trying to mess with us. I realize for that to be true, the team with the trickster would have killed twice in a row. In a previous game I've played with two scum teams, if one scum team kills a member of the other team, they get to kill the next night as well. So it is possible.

Tranq wrote: ↑Sat Dec 15, 2018 5:17 am I think these INH and Sabie votes are silly and too easy.
Sabie's responses to Sprityo's infodump read genuine to me (I disagree with you here LoRab). As Lunalee said she responds calm and civ-like to the Woods Witch statement and that's literally all there is against her. Seen with a Jagged Blade does not mean she is a Jagged Blade. A Woods Witch is a high fantasy trope, their statements and prophecies never literally mean what they say. INH also seems to know what's up.
Anyone have any thoughts on my SVS vote? I know it's hard to make a case against her but I feel she's doing the same as she did to me in that Survivor game on RM a while ago.
I'm changing my vote to Quin who already has 1 vote and has done nothing but post nonsense.
Also I'm not voting anyone who claims i'm 100% civinsertnamehere wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 12:21 am Tranq is a civilian. I know this with 100% certainty.![]()

So our current consensus is that the people who have acted bad have obviously been too bad so we shouldn't vote for them.

You think a player is super freaking bad and they turn out to be town.
A mafia player practically suicides with bad ideas, off reads and weird mechanical interpretations.
I feel like the first happens once a game and the second basically never. I’m aware it sets a bad precedent.
