Depends on if the rogue is anti-town or not.

In Phenon mafia, I was an arsonist (basically a delayed multi-kill serial killer.) I was the last to die of the non-town peeps. The townies won when all threats to town were eliminated.

Since the OP says that the big mountains must eliminate the small mountains to win, I infer that they do not HAVE to kill mars mountain. Our rogue/3p is probably a survival role, a non-lethal marker, or has some other wacky win condition.

Yes, ignore my previous line of thinking. Small mountains have to eliminate big mountains and Mars to win, so it should be safe to assume Mars is more town-aligned, but I wonder if there's no threat at all then what's the point of being self-aligned, y'know.

I've brought up Mesk so many times cus Mesk is my friend, I want her to be more active and enjoy playing games here, but I really do think there's a strong possibility she's bad here. to follow up for speedchuck here re: my mini-meta-discussion with Kyle last night: we did have a conversation about another game on discord and were referencing his gamestyle in those games as meta comparisons, and a particular convo we had nitpicking some issues there, but we were both talking about opposite ends of that conversation. I thought Kyle was intentionally misconstruing my posts, and he thought I was intentionally misconstruing his. It was a misunderstanding on what the other person was referencing and that part of the discussion will be discredited by me.

Honestly, since I was feeling bad about lynching Jack based on higher activity and interactive levels, I'm going to say that could be down to the fact we gave him much more credit as a replacement to catch up the last few days and since he's constantly being interrogated and quoted here, he can't get away with that as easily. I've been trying to get him to talk since yesterday, but I feel he is very selective about what he responds to.

I hadn't considered that the killing role would be the only one capable of sending in the kill, if that's the case then it's possible that only that roles player is asleep at the wheel while the rest of the mafia is suffering from their jnactiveness?

I would think in that case, Marmot would have replaced me in with the scum team. I don't think he'd create such a bad condition for the scum as to intentionally leave the leader of the kills unreplaced if he was an inactive. So I'm going to rule that out.

also, assuming Wrekin is lynched--does that mean scum team can't kill? Seems very extreme, but no clause on who would replace Wrekin in case of death exists in the OP so...

also worth noting I confirmed to Marmot I'm ready to sub in on Sunday the 26th. He only sent me a role on Tue the 28th, before posting ITT. He could have subbed me in to the "killing" mountain role if he deemed it was necessary, but didn't. As such, either the person who can send in the kills is active as of now, or Marmot allows the whole team to choose a kill but send it in as that person.

or Marmot randomizes his replacements so we can't make educated guesses like these (sorry Jack in Pirates game, I knew Sloonei subbed you in first as scum

i'm most interested in this jay iso.

well right now it's a huge gut read, but when I iso him I'm sure I can build my case on some strange reaction posts and awkward meta imo. Gimme some time, even if it doesn't happen today, it'll happen tomorrow. We can go with more established cases for now.

I really like Epi's continuous contributions and efforts to actually finding answers for what could have happened during the nights. Townie points.

Jack really stuck his neck out for sig here. I have a hard time envisioning a scum player going so far out of their way to offer such a glaring defense of a partner (unless it's for WIFOM points), but I also can't shake the feeling of there being something unnatural to this defense by Jack.

It was a a very mild slap on the hand from Jack to Jay. It does feel out of place for Jack, and why he chose only sig to defend----he wanted a mild case build so when people iso jack/jay to have some content to defend himself with, perhaps, but nothing too dramatic to cause Jay any unwanted attention?

So. I was just agreeing to the part that I didn't like this Epi lynch. It felt like stupid reasons for a suspension of him and those that agreed with it could be bad and trying to reach for something that others might grab onto.

I think its funny how it seems to have all just gone away and LC is in agreement with Epi on a dom lynch.

I kind of agree with epi on voting a low poster. Other than my suspicion of LC and my slight suspicion of nutella (half the time her posts crack me up and half the time I'm hinking wtf), I do think that the high posters seem to be civ and genuinely trying to help.

I've been at work. If you think I'm bad, why do you want to give me a pass? Comes across as a buddying attempt, which I have to look out for because I am very self centered. (I swear I'm a nicer person irl)

I've moved Kyle away from scumspects because a scum kyle wouldn't resort to calling me an actual liar to get me to sway away from him. He's got more integrity than that.

Uh, you pick two Civs and buddy them so they trust you and don't lynch you. Long game benefit: survival, and more likely to lynch Civs along the way. You intimidate Sloonei out of coming after you. Benefit: One less Civ coming after you; survival; more likely to lynch a Civ along the way.

If he can't answer that, then his suspicion isn't genuine, and he's trying to get a quick and easy Day 1 lynch out of the way.

Epi is perhaps the best dancer on the site. There is nothing "quick and easy" about trying to mislynch him on Day 1. This feels like trying to scare away votes, not a legit attempt to scumhunt, which is exactly what Epi is already accused of doing with Sloonei.

Combined with suspicious nonlynchcandidate declarations, I think this is worthy of a vote.

can someone explain this post, I don't really understand. Was Jack agreeing with LC or Epi? It seems very strangely worded. He uses "mislynch", when lynching Epi would be ---- lynching him --- until the mod revealed what his alliance was. If he was saying Epi is worthy of a vote, why would he call it a "mislynch"? Am I missing something? Maybe lost in translation?
I think re-reading Jack's post, I see he is defending Epi not giving a point to LC. Confusing.

I don't feel comfortable at all with Kyle's activity Day 0+ Day 1. His post after Sloonei prodded him reads as filler "I was waiting to see what LC and Epi had to say..." I mean come on. Townie Kyle would be the driving force behind the discussion. My money would be Kyle is either our third-party rogue or scum right now, but leaning loner rogue at this point.
