MovingPictures isn't playing as his usual self. I've been town with him in both games we've played together, so this game seems off for him.

I find it difficult to see why you can't at leDy acknowledge there are pros to fake claims from civs. They can and have won games for civilians. But as with any strategy there are risks inherent. I can acknowledgethat. Can you not see the advantages that they provide as well?

I am not telling people to fake role claim. I don't feel the need to tell others how to play. But I am disagreeing with this assertion that fake role claims are bad. And I can both believe fake role claims are good and that people should build cases. There is room for both.

Quin, while I hate to fight you on this especially after 3 of the mafia in the Seinfeld game were low-posters, isn't there anyone who HAS contributed itt who you feel iffy about? That person, if someone else and someone third agrees with you on, should be lynched before someone who hasn't yet even had a chance to defend themselves. And that person can also make an effort to defend his/herself and change your mind.

I don't like lynching no-posters on Day 1.

Quin - wishy washy. Had him down as semi-town. Participation has dwindled down quite noticeably and I wonder if that's in part due to fear of being eliminated since some heat was thrown his way, and wanting to show up at the eleventh hour to cast a vote. Seems too obvious, so I don't like it. Prove me wrong.

yep. fourth suspect, is not really an issue to be addressed on day 1. I felt if MP was civ, Daisy would be scum and vice versa. She hasn't contributed much in way of actual scumspects and thoughts beyond game mechanics so....she's a fourth.

MP showed up. I appreciate it. I know how time is tight. But I don't feel the passion and heat and fury of a thousand suns. Something's just not there and I'd feel like a baboon's ass if it were just a time issue and being worried about everything in RL. But I can't shake that feeling off.

MP: you haven't done much to justify yourself against our suspicions. You went after Quin as soon as you could initially because that was your way out of the lynch. It seemed like a forced case against him. Moving to DDL feels better, but still.

I feel it's rather harsh of you to criticize my sincerity when you came in late and just ISOd the next biggest suspect and expected me to feel it was genuine on your part. I mean sorry but not sorry if I ain't feeling it right this second.

I didn't vote for MP. I didn't eliminate him from my suspect pool. I am allowed to be weary of someone who comes in and tries to lynch the next leading lynch.

This was a crazy EoD. I think we are either seeing a DDL/Quin pairing (my gut still leans this way) or an MP/Quin pairing (within the realm of possibility)

I apologized because I genuinely did not feel MP was my top Day 1 suspect. He posted A LOT of content and I wasn't able to go through everything as well as I wanted. I don't like resulting in ties.

The difference between me and you is that you made an apology to MP for going after him, as if you already know he is civ. We have not had a lynch flip yet. I am open to all possibilities and most of my leanings are leaning bad. You on the other hand are leaning civ. That looks really bad to me.

you're completely misinterpreting my posts. I was suspicious of MP. MP posted a lot in a short timeframe at the end where I could not read all his posts. He targeted me and I felt it wasn't genuine of him to ISO Quin just to get the heat off him. While it's a civ effort, it could also be a mafia effort. He voted for me, with Quin and someone else. It was three votes against me. Of course I'm voting for him. I don't especially want to without reading his contributions without being bombarded with 20 new posts in 2 mins at the end. It was rushed. I apoligized for rushing it. I don't usually do that, but panicked.

I voted for MP 2 hours and 15 minutes before the end of day

this bothered me a lot initially. still does. a huge part of info gathering is factoring in unvotes and how people choose their votes and WHEN they vote and who to (where the vote tally is at the time of their vote, see the switches, see the wagons as they form). I was kinda surprised about how they did vote counts at the syndicate. it's easier, but a little harder to get info from those votes and see voting patterns further than EOD.

i meant easier to count the votes. that's the only benefit I see.

I appreciate that a lot but I was hoping to get some players to post the times and subjects of their votes from the day 1 phase. Day 1 was 14 pages long and I don't think I can do this alone :x

If everyone looks through their own posts and submits the timing of their votes it'll make a 3 hour task into 10 16 minute tasks

a lot of people didn't post ITT who their last vote was for, though. That's the problem with that.
