Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Day 4

I already gave my reasoning for diricawl.

I want to die because my continued presence is not a help to the serious players. I assumed someone would kill Speedchuck last night, who I still believe to be Town regardless of a Cop call when there were over 20 spells flung around night 1.

The floo powder today was because I found his information intriguing and believed him. If you think that using floo on a called out scum and then admitting it is a scummy thing to do, you must think I'm extremely dumb.

I'm not, I just stopped caring 60 pages ago.

Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Day 4

Also, I wanted to see if the diricawl would cause someone to fake a call against Speed, and it didn't happen. My Night 3 did nothing, just like my Nights 1 and 2.

Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Day 4

Honestly I think Quin is scum for focusing on my part too hard and I think Speed is scum for focusing on his investigation too hard and I think Jay and Pou are scum for believing Pou's one Maf call too hard.

You're all too trusting, it sickens me

Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Day 4

Anyways, my nights and day actions were all wasted, so don't bother reading into it.

I know who Speed claims also approached Long Con, which may be useful info in the future, or we both die and the rest of you can suck it for being jerks

Do you think anyone looks particularly good?
Right now I'm willing to trust nutella, Colin, and MacDougall.

I also don't think there's actually as many Scum alive as I'm making it out to be, obviously. I imagine there's 2 or 3 besides INH.

Thanks. Could you briefly describe what it is about those players that gives you confidence?
They're trying to understand what has been going on clearly and without pointing blame all over the place.

Basically, everyone who's "yelling" at each other looks really bad. The people who aren't pointing fingers or getting fingers pointed at look good.

Besides Colin. I dunno, I just felt like the wagon against him yesterday was really fake.

Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Day 4

I do think that Speed continuing to hide the identity of person 2 rather than outing them when they had the chance, especially considering that he gave me a name in private does lend credence to his townity. It'd be the impressive long con otherwise.

The unanswerable question is whether or not scum knew INH was coming back.

kara I don't know what you mean by your continued presence is not a help to the serious players. If you are civ your continued presence is CRUCIAL to our game. We need people who will vote and you are also contributing to the thread. I don't think you are extremely dumb. Please don't quit.

This spell delays another student’s movement. This will make whatever abilities they use have their effect delayed to the following night.
Is it possible that either one of Quin or speedchuck simply had their night actions pushed back a night, so that what they thought they had done on Night 2 actually came into effect on Night 3?
I didn't do anything night 2.

@Quin Did you visit Long Con night 2?
I also didn't do anything night 2.
Then I’m back to thinking one of you is a no good dirty liar.
Shows how Slytherin won the cup if they're the only house doing things every day.

Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Night 4

Basically, I am not taking this game as seriously as the rest of you are, so I'm doing things my way. That includes a really dumb call like flooing Speed, but I have nothing else I'd use from the house cup. I already asked to be lynched earlier and nobody responded to it, I think that lynching me if Speed flips town is the dumbest thing you said seeing as I'm actively trying to make him look better even though so many people have him as scum. Not because I "know" he's town, but because I found him genuine in what he was saying and decided to speak with him privately.

This is in fact, exactly correct.

Re: Hogwarts Mafia - Day 5

Lol, literally the only town to believe in Speed's innocence and I'm immediately suspected because of that. Cause he was definitely "so scummy" with how he was genuinely trying to figure out information and didn't even blame Pou for the false cop call.

Meanwhile, I know who the other town vig is in the case that quin is in fact scum, and I could easily have had them killed last night if I was scum, since nobody else knows.
