June, 2017. The internet was living an era of peace and prosperity. New memes were born every day, funny pictures got posted on Facebook and Tumblr. All was well.
Until one day, the Photobucket Apocalypse happened.
It was a heinous act of evil unlike the internet had ever seen. Suddenly, billions of images were censored behind a paywall. 4-channers whined and children cried as their funny dog picrues were replaced by the sign of death: "Please update your account to enable 3rd party hosting".
It was not without hope, however. For a group of brave internet users decided to act to save what they held dear. They decided to make a big event, where everyone would post pictures in a high volume, updating them in decent hosting sites, in order to restore balance again.
But the Photobucket High Command learned of this event. And so, they ordered a few of their agents to infiltrate it, in order to take it down and make sure the dominion of the site over images would never end.
This is the story of this event. The battle for the right to post pics.
Day 0 Begins!
