I get the sense that avoiding under the guise of dumb tell is a mafia tell for Paopan. This is based on a single game I've played with him.

Paopan was in a game with Alexa & Scotty where Alexa was 3rd party, and Scotty was a wolf who got railroaded by 2 fake claims on the same day. I think he just went through the player list for people he recognized (and who he saw win) and put a bunch of nonsense around it.

Neeko is certain it's possible. Neeko just doesn't know if it's true or not since Neeko didn't think "better screen shot this OP in case it is changed" and Neeko didn't think to go back and look after day started if it did change.
The only way Neeko is wrong is if neeko actually just failed to scroll down which Neeko would like to believe she is smarter than that.
