I have seen seanzie distance from his teammates before on Day 1 as wolf. That said, his interactions with Alison go far beyond that, and I think it is both not w/w, and also sean looks town from them and Alison looks mildly scummy from them.

Alison did add a disclaimer about activity in her first post, but didn't seem to commit to playing fluffy until sean accused her of it.

I would like to know why @Creature is voting for Alison, though he thinks that Alison and Sean both had terrible entrances and are not w/w. My specific question is, why Alison over Sean?

My playstyle decision was made prerand.

Why do you read Seanzie as V and me as W off it?

I think it's possible that you committed to the "fluff" playstyle as a means of escaping suspicion sean was throwing at you, including persisting that you were "raising thread morale".

I also think Sean pushing the game out of rvs immediately is townie for him, as I believe as mafia, he would lightly shade a teammate or post nary at all for most of day 1.

But it is an early Day 1 read, so there's certainly a chance more content will arise that will change my mind.

Voting nanook is generally a good choice

Yes, exactly. Hence my confusion on you saying "I'm focused on nothing but Alison" when really I just wasn't posting at all.

When I said that, I was referring the start of the day as opposed to the end of your flurry of posts yesterday.

I think that falcon is town. He is handling the pressure here differently than he did in Ducktales (where he was elim'd Day 1 as a wolf). In that game, he shaded the people who were voting for him, while in this game, he's given srceenplay a TR, and continued to have extended conversations with other players.

His reads look more performative in that game than they do in this game as well.

I tunneled and pushed her for a "bad start" in Highway Mafia, and she was yeeted and flipped town. I think this is not unlike that.

I also think that Alison has updated her approach to the thread as she felt the thread needed, which is to say, she went from fluff-posting to more proactive engaging because the thread has been quiet. I think wolf Alison would be more likely to stick to what she had committed to doing.

It felt less like Marmot was suspecting me or trying to work with me, and more like Marmot was trying to see whom else I could be tempted to vote. He asked me about Nanook, and his response felt like he was upset I didn't want to push there, and just kind of meh-ly agreed with me without real reason or asking for clarification.

Since the conversation started with Marmot lightly shading me for focusing on only Alison, and then I pushed him about how I wasn't doing anything at all (I was telling him I wasn't doing anything), he does he just timidly agree on something vague I said about Nook without follow-up or pressure? If he'd accept an answer as meh as mine with regard to Nook, and agree that Nook was town, why did he ask?

Also it's seeing-eye ceackhead shit.

I don't get upset in mafia games though.

Anyway, I was trying to push discussion more than anything at the EOD yesterday. Yes it wasn't easy, but it was a quiet day and I wanted more interaction to happen.
