Meh, there is a big difference between how we express things, so its kinda why I don't really care atm.

I guess similarly, it is why mafia's factional kill did nothing as mafia faction can dominate the game, by having the non-core mafia murder everyone and outnumber everyone else with core mafia faction.

Considering you can submit a factional action and a non-factional one, it would make sense that they can just claim their own personal and let factional action advance their wincon.
