Click the wrench at the top of the thread (top left over the first reply) and it gives you the option to subscribe, which then gives you notifications like at home.

Probably somewhere near the OP of the game thread, I'll post a thingy that describes the tricks for navigating the site. Unfortunately for our SDN friends we don't have a post-reactions function.
