Although it has been suggested that it's a Wolf that needs to justify their hopping on the train.

[VOTE:
Sloonei] aubergine
DM and DW are both locked-in town
Syn is also probably town.
I am less confident that LC is town.
I don't know what falcon is doing. I've briefly considered it from both angles and it's probably just some town player who doesn't care where their vote lands as long as it makes others stop annoying them
Sloonei is just typical wolf. However, if they flip town, look VERY carefully at who pushed them, because they're probably involved with Sloonei's death.

I really don't know why LC's then upend and go with a gotcha vote. Is it W LC looking to appear like they are adding fresh ideas? That sounds like too much effort fwiw when W LC could just hammer down on Roxy and enforce other things in the thread.
With a Roxy red flip, LCs actions make far more sense as a teammate IMO
Also I am going to say it again but when you point out the mafia-like things that one person does and then vote them and then do the same for another person it should be without saying that you should have a complete view of the situation, and try to find an explanation that reaches both observations.

Re: Rocko's Modern Life [Day 2]
I think I take Syn's side of the argument here. Your vote isn't on them, but yet you're bringing up the prospect of them being mafia. You are saying that Roxy was discouraged because their partner wasn't around, and then you say it wasn't an argument. You are also voting on someone literally random for the sole reason that they didn't vote on Roxy yesterday, although Syn did not either. In summary, it is a hollow and fruitless argument that is filled with spineless arguments. The attachment to try and turn it into something useful is also mafia-like.Sloonei wrote: ↑Sat Jun 22, 2024 1:05 amI am making no argument. I am asking a question. Your slot was vacant yesterday. IMO @sloonei if you are town in the future please remember that not everyone knows who the mafia are. DrWilgy not voting for Roxy does not mean he cannot be town, so it seems like a push that's trying to establish the idea that Non-roxy voters are going to be mafia.

I don't think it mattered. I wouldn't say Roxy didn't make an effort; although I understand the feeling of having no teammates show up. I don't think most players would just give up at that point though.

Re: Rocko's Modern Life [Day 2]
I wouldn't clear LC for agreeing early on but it does look good. Slooni's observations only turned into a push once they started to get pressure I think? I could be wrong here.DrWilgy wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2024 9:56 pmPossibly. Most players have presented a reason for not being wolf.
At least there's arguments.
LC agreed with W Roxy early.
Falcon sitting well within T range.
Sloon had good observations early and into a Roxy push that looked good.
Canno seems town. Good against Roxy.
It's like a PoE of Syn/DM and I need to review DM's catchup blurb but I remember liking it while reading it. It felt out of DM's wolf range.
These reasons are all so flat that they sort of look bad to me.

Sloon had Falc's vote and had gotten to up to two through the day,
LC was the cw with a potential vote value of 4, (two real in me/dm, with Canno and Jess moving around the slot as well.)
Inherently, this makes me think that if one of the two is bussing it'd have been LC.
The contrary factor to this is LC mentioned Roxy suspicion decently earlier.

do you think she died because she posted too few times? was that the claim at eod? as best as I can tell, sloonei is the only one who made an effort at justifying his vote at the last second
sloonei is arguing that roxy died because she had a zero slot as a partner and couldn't be arsed to participate
this is not in roxy's meta and it's a pretty incredible claim to make about someone that requires several mental leaps
what are you "taking into account" besides the fact that you want to vote for me and this is a really convenient way to do it?
I was the one who pushed the Roxy wagon into action. I justified my vote on them, and so I'm not sure what you're asking.
I think I understand what you are saying. Because Slooni has so much conviction to keep pushing after (probably) voting their partner, it seems like a bus. Understandable perspective tbf

Roxy is intentionally avoiding contributing to the game. When they attempt to, they push out observations rather than conclusions. This is likely an iteration of some sort of being frozen, otherwise known as "unable to post"
