dunya and speedchuck both played wonderfully and they deserve a great deal of praise. dunya especially blew up this thread in a way I have never seen before, and it was probably the single best cycle of mafioso play I have observed as a player to this point. Awesome work, and from a player who has loneliness-and-cheesed in the past. Perhaps my theory in some capacity inspired the effort.

It still hardly ever happens. I am unlikely to overhaul my perspective of the game of Mafia as a result of an outlier. I am already annoyed in advance at the tinfoil mislynches which will follow from this performance in future games. They're coming.

dunya is a very rare exception to a very reliable rule. And for that, she kicked my ass in this Mafia game. I tip the cap.

The replacement was never necessary though.

The only way I'm having babies for Rico is if we have banal sex.

I want to hear any reasonable defense anyone has of nutella.

I have no reason to avoid lynching her.

Not that two bits of data constitutes a trend, but Quin had three mentions and lapluie had 2.3. People who are in that range are gwilikers (3), nutella (2.3), Cbob (2), and Kylemii (2).

I already looked at Quin + rundontwalk. lapluie mentioned rundontwalk about a half a dozen times, called him good, said she would take his word for it on Iron_Dwarf, but I can't see what rundontwalk had said about Iron_Dwarf in this context. I don't see myself voting for rundontwalk today on the basis of these exchanges.

I have not had an opportunity to analyze the interactions among Quin + lapluie and the remaining field. I will try to do as much as I can today.

sig is going to get my vote unless he answers my question to my satisfaction.

Yesterday's lynch was beautifully orchestrated. I am sorry DDL is gone, but it is not an altogether bad thing that he is, since I, and others, might have beat him senseless and lynched him today.

Too tired at the moment. But basically nothing about that day phase did anything to lessen my suspicions; in fact, he very much seemed like flailing mafia looking to make something stick. We'll see if feel the same way after some sleep and a look back at lapluie's ISO/interactions.
