You did; the only scenario in which you didn't was if Cohen had not been doubted and had taken all four pictures. Even then, you'd have had to make sure you, Nev, and Cohen/his dancers were the ONLY people remaining.

As to you and Nev trying to take out Spacedaisy, Epig, I looked back at my spreadsheet and the only things I see were that Nev used Enrage to redirect to Daisy on Night 10 and used Electro Bolt on her Night 15. Neither you nor Nev tried to actually kill her with your standard attack until Nev targeted her on Night 15.
Yes, that sounds correct.

Re: [END] Bioshock Mafia

That was intense. Triple agent. :solitary:

I was a total dumbass by posting my Hypnotize Big Daddy PM in the chat room without even reading the damn thing first. :disappoint:

I told my team that I would return to their side once Jack got to Point Prometheus (something I pulled out of my ass). If it isn't clear, however, I feel rotten having to deceive my team like that, but I always play to win. I hope there's no hard feelings.

My last kill attempt was Matahari, and she stole me from Nev. This time I did not copy Nev on the info, but that betrayal wound up being moot anyway, since I was stuck at a fucking McDonald's in Wadesboro coming back from my trip and had only one opportunity to vote, and people wound up lynching me for the wrong reasons. I was not pleased by this when I got home.

If I may offer a bit of criticism:

I think recruited civs are fine, because they usually come sans info. But a recruited bad guy knows his entire team. By the middle of the game, I already knew the roles of Snow Dog, Bullzeye, Hedgeowl, DFaraday, Nevinera, Russtifinko, bea 2.0, DharmaHelper, DevintheOmniscient, spacedaisy, and indiglo, and that's not counting the players who were lynched. I think the main objective to Mafia is figuring out who people are, solving the mystery; with my getting recruited, it was over for my team- they had ZERO chance of winning by that point, and I think that's unfortunate, because we played a flawless game up until Night 5.

I was surprised my team had not started a separate chat room without me (although I see that they eventually did).

Again, I am loyal to the win, even if it did not work out for me. Congratulations to those for whom it did. It was a hell of a game, and I am thankful for this game getting me to play what inspired it: Bioshock is a masterpiece, and I believe MP did it justice here.

I doubt I will be able to vote before the deadline. My vote is going to DP. His contributions have been flippant and limited. Now that alone would not convince me to vote for him, but then I came upon this exchange early on in the posting contest:

I think you're a hypocrite. DharmaHelper voted seventh for Mongoose on Day 2. You voted for Aces twenty-second.
Quick to defend DH's honour there, did I touch a nerve? There isn't even any proof I voted for a civvie that day. We don't know Aces' role, he could be anyone. As to the earliness of DH's vote: "How could I possibly have been trying to protect a teammate? Look at how early my vote for absolutely anyone but him was!". Like I said, it's total WIFOM but I thought it was something worth mentioning. Considering how Boo was calling for his head on a spike I don't think I'm the first to notice. Not seeing how that makes me a hypocrite.
I think you're clutching at straws now.

And Boo called for his own head on a spike before anyone else's. As far as I can tell, he had no way of knowing anything. He could have used reason to back up his swan song, but he didn't. Instead, he insulted people with his bluff.

I don't know what to think about this Ace/Boo revelation. On the one hand ID necessarily GAF what Aces gut is telling him because my gut is telling me the opposite. And things have backed up my gut. On the other hand, if I'm wrong about boo I'll feel pretty dumb. Though I won't feel all that bad as, as I said, he seems to be in a mode that can best be described as "me or him" so, I'll pick him every time. Boats (and other non voters) being slammed by MP is something I've considered and is a good point in favor of letting nature take its course on that front. Though in GOB's case, he seems to be catching the votes and just not posting, so that might be something to address ourselves rather than let MP handle it behind the scenes.

Re: [DAY 4] Bioshock Mafia

Russtifinko wrote:Epi, to be honest I kind of dismissed the entire Dom-Snow Dog thing at the time, having been more occupied with other lynch candidates. I still think it's not Priority #1. I tend to believe Snow Dog when he says he posted in annoyance regarding agleaminranks. I shared his frustration with the strange in-game behavior of agleam and others, and if I'm being totally honest I think it colored my opinions of some players (Lizzy comes to mind). So I see where Snowie was coming from there, and nothing else he's done has drawn my attention particularly.

Dom did go after Snowie pretty hard for that, which I disagreed with, but he can play how he wants. He's only posted 16 times in this game, I believe, so there's little material to go on, and I think I only played with him in MOTU and had trouble reading him there. I guess if I had to pick one, I'd say he looks slightly less civ to me than Snowie. I'll take a look at their voting records though.

What are your thoughts on Boomslang? I think his contributions today have been noteworthy.

Boomslang confuses me. There's no indication of good BTSC on page one, and his explanation that he apparently thought Ryan sending a name to Sullivan was code-speak for BTSC makes absolutely no sense. I don't see why anyone would read it that way.

There's also this that I've been mulling over:

Thanks! It has cost me an entire day. :solitary:

We did have a lot of discussion though, and I think AceofSpaces was rather helpful (even if I ultimately disagree with his judgment).

I am still torn between bea and Boats, and as you have seen, we still have not heard from the latter. I'll probably check the time stamps of when he usually posts to see if there's any chance he'll be on later before the deadline.

Where are you going for vacation?
