Also, about time! I was tempted to start wearing Bullzeye on my back ;)

Anywho, this ended up being a fun game after all (though I ended up creating my own entertainment).
But thank you to everyone for putting up with my crazy shenanigans and for going along with it.

As MP stated in an earlier post of his, I have some exciting RL stuff coming up. That being said, I will be taking a lengthy vacation from this website so I can put more focus on my RL stuff. But I may pop back in from time to time to see how much you all miss me ;)

Something I noticed when reviewing the old polls: During the night 1 poll when the hut options were made public, borokkuei was in the same hut as Bullzeye when Trogdor targeted it, though it resulted in Bullzeye getting burninated. Then borokkuei was the victim of Trogdor the second night as well. It could be a coincidence, but I'm not inclined to believe in such things with this game. Was borokkuei maybe being targeted by Trogdor? I don't see anything in his abilities that would allow him to target a specific player like that though...

Just an observation.
That is an odd coincidence... I'm not quite sure what to make of that. I'm going to assume that we weren't supposed to see what happened with Borrokkuei, but it will be interesting to see how Night 3 pans out (whether or not Trogdor actually gets a victim this time). It also makes me want to keep an eye on Borrok. But I will wait until I hear from him.

Thank you for your input Gleam! Have you noticed anything else that seems suspicious?

Guys, I know this is a busy game and it can be very tedious to follow, but I don't want to kill off a civ for being to quiet. I know some of you are notorious for laying low, too. But Come On. Why the hell didn't you vote for me??

I don't have a problem examining anyone outside of Llama and possibly Devin, so no, I was not steering the convo any which way.

Just have a problem with your idea that just because Hedgie was a civ, that you must be too.

Devin, what about da Goose? What's your read on her?
Other than the fact that her new red eyes look evil... Mongoose has played an amazing game so far and has stayed 100% off of my radar.
Mongoose wrote:Don't put words in my mouth. I never made the causal link; you made that. I said it makes it more likely than not that we are civ.

The case on Hedge was so entirely poor, that's how I 'knew' she was civ. Her defense came across as extremely genuine. So we can continue down this ridiculous path and you'll all end up saying "Wow, I was really wrong about Mongoose. She was acting so strangely, so I really thought she was bad." You can do that and you will be Wrong Wrong Pete Tong and if you are a civ, you will wish you had trusted me.

Or you can listen to me and we can ferret out some bad guys. Getting Eloh on Day 1 was a mixed blessing because it's made us completely go off the rails, just as someone predicted it would. It was a Day 1 vote for goodness sake. No one really knows what's up on Day 1.

And this isn't a courtesy bus, no one gets free rides (RE: your concern of examining Llama and maybe Devin), including me. Hedge's voters should be explaining themselves right now, not me.
Let's retract the claws and point the teeth in a safer direction shall we? I have no reason to vote for Mongoose yet. I don't believe she was saying that because Hedge was civ, she is, too. (It is also not what I was saying).

I do agree with her that the case Hedge was extremely poor. I believe the comments reasoning that she would be a good person to lynch should be scrutinized for possible baddie manipulation. That being said: No one is off the hook/getting a free ride! Not even me! I'll go down swinging before before you let me out of my cell! :p ... What was I saying? Oh yes. I think from here, looking carefully at the people who voted for Hedge is a necessity. Do we need to lynch one of them? Not necessarily. But it doesn't hurt to start a process of elimination (ruling out possible suspects) there.

The case on her I know someone explained was not actually about randomizing, but I dont remember what it even was. This is exactly like the B for baddies theory where everyone looked for a BWT teammate defense vote when there was none, except here I am the only B candidate. Honestly, do you really think I am that careless a player if I were bad? I knew the moment she was announced as Whats her face I would be a suspect, but theres nothing I could have done differently..
See I'm torn here because I didn't really understand where the Elo votes were coming from and I know I'm not her teammate but at the same time I do think you were trying to save her. On the other hand, your point about Snow makes me wonder. Like maybe he voted for a teammate, realised he might have got her killed, and then come out saying oh no I regret that vote someone please save her. I also don't think you're careless (nor Snow) as a baddie, but people do make mistakes all the time no matter how careful they are.

I definitely might vote Hedge today now. I've also dropped my thoughts about Llama since they were mostly based on yours MP. I might also look into Snow based on the above.
Just saw this. Do you forget why Snow voted Elohcin? It was because he was taking a gamble trusting you because you both admitted info from the poll. Then he regretted it because he wasnt sure it was a good idea to have voted to protect you. Just wanted to clear that up, because I was not trying to cast suspicion on him.
Thanks hedge.
Yes that is right, I had forgotten the reason for my Elo vote. Even so it doesn't make me civ. I am, but this is not proof. I was wondering, do baddie teams get rez powers in mafia games sometimes? I am not voting you Hedge. I am fairly certain you are civ even though some great and insightful players have voted for you.

I can respect your response, as well. But I do still stand by my original reason for voting for llama. I agreed with MP that we were seeing a completely different llama from the Bioshock civvie, llama.

I don't have all the roles memorized. I had to check. I was protected by an agency outside of myself. I am a civvie. That's all I can say.
The way the poll went makes me think you're probably good, but if you're not one of these two or three civ roles, why would you bring them up at all?
Whew! I survived! :fiesta:

Anyway! Although, no one can agree or disagree 100% that llama is baddie or a civvie, these "interactions," paired with your vote, have me pinging like crazy!
My vote for you is by no means a revenge vote. But you voted for me right after llama and some time after you stated that llama and JC were great places to look (agreeing with Matt Fs post regarding llama, JC, and Dom).

I'm tellin ya Vompers may be the way to go today. I love and admire the little wombat, but he pings the shit out of me more than anyone else this game :srsnod:

Llama, I really need to know what you think of what Devin said at some point. Hopefully you know exactly which quote I'm talking about.

I think it's possible Devin might have false rolehinted...

I also think I want to read back through Mongoose and Hedgeowl but I really don't have time. Hopefully someone else can do this?

Anyway, really gotta go. Hopefully others pick up this discussion. I'm not so sure about llama or BDH anymore, to be frank...

Linki: Wow, welcome back, borokkuei! If you are good anyway. Look forward to what you have to say.
Is it the one where I said I only lied once in the entire game?? Because that was a true statement. Or was it? It could have been the only lie. I could be lying to you right now. This statement is false! :omg:

Personally, I thought Devin's desire to be killed was somewhat role-related but also somewhat RL-related. He and I both know how busy each of us are at the moment. He's getting married in just two months.
I'm sorry to hear that, but I still think he's bad.
Can you elaborate as to why? I would appreciate that, actually.
Because of the lynch where llama nearly got killed and how Devin defended himself during and after that lynch and accused us of a bandwagon etc. I think that was maybe 500-700 posts ago if you care to look for quotes.
Yeah I don't feel like digging for quotes either. I don't remember defending myself much... Just asking for more vores to get me lynched. And I never said you were a part of a bandwagon. I said my own vote for llama was a part of a "baddie bandwagon" :p

Re: Homestar Runner [Day 3]

Alex has a busy life. And this is by far the busiest thread I've ever seen. There's an overwhelming amount of posts to catch up on and no one seems to be getting what he is saying in his frustrated posts. MP is a civ. I will not vote for him. And I'm leaving it at that.

Linki from the deepest pits of hell.

Llama, what is your opinion of CBK, who broke the tie between you and Devin by voting for you in the last poll? Do you think there could be a connection between CBK and Devin? Do you think SVS could be right, and MP and CBK are on a team? Do you find it odd that MP does not want to vote Devin, even though saying he could very well be a baddie?

Since I feel clueless in this game so far, I am looking forward to your answers, since I very well believe you to be civvie.
I don't know. I am generally nervous about people who pop in once every few days, say one thing and then leave. It is a really easy thing for baddies to do, especially when you have furious walls of text being flung back and forth like we have in this game. I did vote for CBK on Day 1, so it's possible it was just a revenge votes. I don't really find it odd that MP won't vote for Devin, because he is determined to vote for me regardless of what else happens. The more I see of Devin, the less I think he is bad, to be honest.

Indeed you have. That post and this statement here don't give me warm fuzzies about you. :eye:
Ok :hugs:

I wanted to cut this down, but I think the full quote is better.

You are intentionally misinterpreting what MP is saying. He said it is a different REASON as to why he finds you bad. So he was saying in that third paragraph that he still finds you bad.

I'm starting to feel you're twisting words that MP is using against you. He's not cleared yet by any means in my book, but I think you've made your way up there in terms of players I will be looking at today.
Thank you for saying this. I was starting to feel this way about his relentless attacks on MP, too. It's definitely something to consider in the near future :srsnod:

Completely random thought, David. I have been trying to follow along on his facebook page, but if Devin Townsend announces tour dates and I just happen to miss it, please let me know. I would very much enjoy another semi-short road trip to see his epicness live again
I haven't seen him announce much lately. I'm thinking he's going to be doing more touring around the end of the year/beginning of next year after Casualties of Cool comes out. Plus he's going to be starting work on a Ziltoid TV show that he's releasing on the internet somewhere at some point. But of course you'll be one of the first people to know. You're easily as much of a Devy fanboy as me.

Also, I pre-ordered the remastered Strapping Young Lad boxset back in the spring, and it finally came in the mail yesterday! Really excited about that one!!!! :fiesta:
Sweet! You know it!!! :fiesta: :D

1). Get killed.

2). Help the civs as much ass I can before I get killed.
Why do you want to die? If you're a civ you can help us better by living.
Because I am tired. I don't have the energy nor the desire to keep up. I do so, though, because I have respect for Daisy and want to keep this game fun and silly (if only for myself) as it was meant to be. Daisy has done a fantastic job with this game and its dynamics so far!

Devin I don't think is bad. I don't see a baddie acting like him, and he said his playstyle is inspired by people like Lizzy and Dex who tend to act crazy as civs.
Thank you for noticing. Others seem to ignore the blatantly obvious. :p
Thank you for your comments Bullzeye. They are refreshing and welcome!
