Re: [DAY 6] Avant-Garde Mafia 2

Maybe all the dead players voted to kill Trice like we all voted to rezz Illy? That was my immediate reaction. Maybe Illy knows why Trice got killed>?

Re: [NIGHT 5] Avant-Garde Mafia 2

It's getting scary to see the number of recruitment possibilities there are.

Droopy, you voted for chaindeath even though it's basically been established that he was likely on the bad team and responsible for rabbit's frozen state?

I'm voting for Illy btw.

It wasn't a hint to anything that I could have done. My vote was just worth 1.

I'm definitely not voting to rezz chaindeath after the recent revelations. I dont remember anything about Devin and the only thing I remember from DFaraday was the early NK and SVS's comments about it being a strange target.

Re: [NIGHT 5] Avant-Garde Mafia 2

LT's vote for me is hard to understand, for sure. She obviously did not think she was in any real danger of being lynched, and voted for me to try to show that my suspicion of her was totally baseless and that I was just trying to stir the pot. IIRC, Timmer had 6 votes, DH had 4, and LT had 3.

Oh, wonderful host, MP: Was the lynch a tie?

I think it's safe to assume that Timmer is not on LT's team and that LT was fine with having Timmer lynched yesterday. How many votes did FH have yesterday? I think Dom brought up that LT didn't want to vote for FH because they are potentially team mates? That's an interesting idea...that's why I would like to know how many votes FH ended up with. The problem here, of course, is role secrets. There are so many of them, and we have no idea what most of them are. We do know for sure that one of the non civvie roles starts each lynch with -3 votes. It's possible that other baddies have vote manipulations in their role.

What an incredible No U there, LT. At least you didn't try to be subtle about it. LMAO. I think it's kinda funny that you are going to such great lengths to try to make us believe that DH's posts served no purpose and don't mean anything and then you "No U" vote for me.

I guess that helps me realize that a vote for you is definitely warranted.

Geez.
It was not "useless". It was a simple record of people that voted for both Droopy and Vomp with some added stuff about vote timing. DH did not in any way come to the conclusion that any one person in his vote post "must be bad". It certainly wasn't "useless" in that it got some great discussion going. I think he may have hit something with all the "oh my god, that date is stupid and useless and makes no sense" stuff TBH. A few people went a little overboard in trying to debunk DH's conclusions when he didn't even make any conclusions! I think he's on to something with the responses. :ponder:

Re: [DAY 5] Avant-Garde Mafia 2

My thoughts on FH and the book situation.....

The initial idea to pick a civvie color for the book seemed a little bit strange at first. I would think that any civvie would pick to see baddie secrets. But then I thought about it more. Knowing a civvie's secrets could be just as helpful as knowing the baddie ones. If you see a civvie's secrets and it helps you figure out a player in the game is a fellow civvie, that can be very helpful. It can help you figure out who you can trust and what not. Then, FH says she picked the color thinking that she was picking a baddie color. To me that seems a little bit suspicious. It's completely possible to make a mistake like that, but I wouldnt think that FH would be one to make a mistake like that. Then there's the decision to make Zappa's role secret public and it's a secret that the Zappa role didn't even know. That decision seems very pro civ to me. I dunno, I want to think that all this points to FH being civ..the only thing that is keeping me from definitely leaning civ on her is the "mistake" about the baddie color. I won't be voting for her tonight, though.

Could someone that won a book clear something up for me, purty please?

So, you won the book and could decide to read it or not? Did the simple act of you deciding to read it make it public, or did you guys have to make a separate decision to make it public? One of you may have explained this already, but all the talk about the books has confused me a bit.

Thanks for that, DH. And I agree that he wasn't drawing any conclusions as LT said he was with the stretch comment. I took it as DH looking for similarities in the two lynches. Based on the sheer number of baddies in this game, there had to be baddies in there, and it stands to reason that the last two lynches were pretty easy days for all the baddies. I can see them in their chats saying, "Well, looks like we don't have much to do today. The vote will be easy." That's why I said that I'd like to look a little deeper and see which people made the easy votes and didn't put a lot of content into their lynch votes.

This.

DH, while I saw that the Droopy case was thin and thus didn't vote for him, there was legitimate evidence IMO to point to Vomp being a baddie. Are you saying that before all the votes started rolling in on Vomp that he just wasn't at all suspicious? You make me nervous with how aggressive you are being toward anyone that doesn't vote the way you are. Like Kate said above, just because someone is wrong doesn't make them sheep. I was convinced Vomp was bad...that's why I voted for him 2 days in a row. In hindsight it's easy to say that it was an "easy bandwagon" because he came back a civvie. With the number of baddies in this game, it's going to be very, very easy for all the baddies to jump on a case when it comes down to vote time.

These two posts do not seem like they are coming from a civvie tbh. The "I told you so" seems more like something a baddie would say to gain some civvie credit. The comments also seem more like that are intended to divide us even further....not constructive IMO.

I read your posts, DH. The problem I'm having with INH is that his play is always harder to read than most....sort of like Droopy's actually. What I've noticed about INH when he's been bad recently is that he completely disappears when suspicion is brought onto him and he doesn't answer direct questions to him. From what I've seen so far in this game, he hasn't backed away from anything.

Re: [NIGHT 3] Avant-Garde Mafia 2

Perhaps INH KNOWS that there is such a role.

I should clarify that last post...I agree with the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs of your post.

In all fairness, Droopy really did sound coached. I know that there is civ BTS in this game, and that Cap'n Beefheart is one of the roles with potential for it. I guess it is possible that Zappa found him already. Although the coached sounding things Droopy was saying were baddie sounding things, lol, things I don't see a civvie partner couching him to say.

I will say that with more experience under his belt, Droopy will be an awesome player (Leech as well), he had me wondering at the end; I hope he keeps playing. Sometimes if you are convinced someone is bad (and I was convinced he was bad, and since there was no question he would be lynched, I voted for the other person i am pretty convinced was bad, Vomp) it can be easy to read everything they say in that light. It is a common mistake, and i don;t really suspect anyone for doing it in this case.

Unless there is an outing or some astonishing development, I intend on voting for Vomp. When I reread Day One (something I would advise doing) I realized i had forgotten how suspicious Vomp really was during Day One. And the fact that there was this incredibly suspicious character that seemed to be everyones second choice for a lynch floating around when Bea needed saving, and that the Residents did not try to lynch him, but Rabbit instead who is not an easy person to lynch, really makes me think he is quite possibly a Resident himself.
I agree with this.

I think I can trust DH at this point, so his suspicion of INH is noted. I think we need to lynch Vomp next though. There is way too much there to ignore.

Please share this theory. Theories are good.
