Re: Day 1 Monty Python and the Holy Grail

i voted MP because i'd been suspicious of him earlier and have nothing better to go on now

i don't watch buket videos becaue i don't want to see them, but ignoring videos i don't want to see isn't a particularly novel idea

well i did watch one fail compilation video where someone got a garbage can full of water dropped on their head but that's just morbid curiosity

I don't know if I'd call that suspicious. Extraneous, maybe, but it doesn't ping me one bit.

What I do find a little suspish about Epi has been his lack of participation. I know he was on and off during the competition cooking dinner, but he's still been doing a lot of lurking (he's online now) and only a little of posting.

Oh, and he gave me a middle finger. :Uhh:

Re: Day 1 Monty Python and the Holy Grail

I still say using the chat as evidence is a bad idea, we only have secondhand accounts, and I don't trust Made or Llama. We also have no way of knowing whether or not having BTSC means you are a baddie in this game, because we don't know of there is anyone else who has it. Stories are going to change because people are drawing from memory, and everyone knows that memories are rewritten when recalled, they are just going to keep changing every time they post their accounts.

i have looked at a little and honestly I think the accusers seem more suspicious than the accused, but we have even less to go on than normal for day 1, so i don't know really.
Why?

That's a pretty sweeping general statement.
Because accusing the accused is a good way not to be accused. Not that baddies are the only ones who want to escape accusation, it is just a tactic i've seen some people use, it's probably nothing to do with alignment and more to do with playstyle.
Are you kidding? The more I accuse, the more attention I always get.

by math i mean "logic". Like how many baddies there would need to be and how many goodies there would need to be where a no lynch would make sense. like if a civvie killed by mafia is worth more or less than a civvie killed by them.
I know what you meant :)

But we know 1 number, "25". Anything else is speculation. Besides we don't even know if the hosts will allow it.
I think we know more than that one number. For example, I would be pretty confident in asserting that there are not 34 mafia members and one civilian.
I feel pretty confident in claiming there definitely aren't 34 of anything given we only have 25 players.
That's not very Pythonesque, is it?

It's probably safe to assume they're more civvies out there than baddies, and day one lynches without really good leads can end up being crap shoots, with the odds not in civvie favor. I think we should go for a no lynch on day one.

Thoughts?
someone like TheLlama would probably vote for you just to prove a point.
