Opt and LoRab HAVE to see takinng Quin out is the best move.

Wonder how the vote will shake out.

Well like I said if they let the Idol Recycling Quin through past tonight that's just silly. If he *wins*, that's even sillier.

If I did have any criticisms of the game it would be that. I have to think it's no small coincidence that the guy whose power shows him where the hidden immunity idols are is the guy with the most hidden immunity idols all game.

(Also, shouldn't we be tapped out on immunity idols? IIRC Real Survivor doesn't have like, five idols.)

I'm amazed that Opt won immunity today. I'm also shocked at how little LoRab and Sorsha seemed to remember. Sorsha didn't even submit answers, so

Opt and LoRab both have a strength advantage.

Looks like one of Sorsha, Elo or LoRab will be going home tonight.

The smart play here is to swallow that Opt betrayal and get out Sorsha and Quin. Quin first, then Sorsha. But we'll see how the immunity plays out.

How well received would a Walking Dead LMS game be... hmmmm...

What I meant was I don't have to worry about being suspected as a mafia, because everyone else is equally as innocent or guilty as I am as far as the game is concerned. But yeah, you do make good points.

It was the most fun. I didn't have to worry about hunting baddies or being hunted. I got to goof around and just have fun. I think LMS in general is a better format because it's less structured and there is more flexibility.

I also might be in the minority here in that I don't conflate "winning" with "having fun"

I'm just seeing it from who I would give the vote to. Opt busted ass to stay in the game and that should be rewarded.

Also important to note is that Jury talk is just that, talk. Up until the votes are cast it's anybodies game.

That's hyperbolic. Here's how I actually see it. I'll rank people based on who I think has the best chances of winning:

1. Opt
2. Lorab
3. Quin
4. Eloh
5. Sorsha

Opt has won competitions, stayed loyal to her people, made moves when she needed to, and kept her head down otherwise. If she makes it to the end, they have to give it to her.
LoRab has been working the social aspects of the game nonstop, keeping on her toes. Having such a good ear to the ground and building up relationships could take her to the end.
Quin made big plays but his big plays mean that anyone who takes him to the end deserves to lose because that would be a monstrous mistake. If he loses immunity tonight, he should go.
Eloh and Sorsha both haven't really been in on any of the gameplay or anything as far as I can see. they're at the bottom of my list because I figure the only way they're getting to the final 3 is if someone carries them across the finish line.

Turning on Golden was a huge blunder with Quin still in the game. Wow. And *AGAINST* Eloh and LoRab, the two players who have been campaigning on loyalty the most this whole game? What a shake up.

Sorsha/Quin/Opt versus Lorab/Eloh? Shit fire and save matches. Sorsha might float to final three all because Opt turned her coat? Man.

Cutting Eloh would be a mistake. if they can get the move on Quin they should take it.

That seems like a drastic misunderstanding of the game of battleship to me. Like, the reason we waited to get results on our guesses was to make sure we were hitting.

I cant remember which team you were on but the winning team guessed one coordinate at a time while the losing team guessed like 4 at a time.

Where's Eloh in this equation? Who is she really aligned with or under whose umbrella is she placed? She also completely missed BTSC this time.

Had she landed btsc I would have said Golden, since I figure he's doing or trying to do what we planned out which is to bring Eloh in close as possible in Epi's absence.

But she's been loyal throughout the game so even cut off from BTSC I don't see her backing a play against Golden or any Mamana. Quin and Sorsha are boned unless they can get a good idol play out of tonight, which means the four of LoRab/Golden/Opt/Eloh splitting the vote between Sorsha and Quin is the best play.

Pretty much the only thing I want to read back on the old game is the other tribe's performance during the battleship game.

With Day 13 being the cutoff the window to make a move against Golden might be too small to matter.

The irony of SVS costing Golden a win after Golden insisted to me that she would be our ally would be nice though.

Generally this has been a popular strategy in Survivor- players look ahead to predict who had loyalties with who. The bitter jury is a real thing, and if you pissed off a jury member, no matter how cunning or respectable your gameplay otherwise, you're probably SOL with getting the votes. My strategy RE: Jury would have been to convince people within my circle of trust to make the plays I wanted them to make so that I could tell the jury one of two things either "I played a straight up and down game and had nothing to do with you getting the axe" or "I pulled strings, everyone knew that up front, and nobody took a shot at me"

I was careful in BTSC to use phrases like "I'll back your play" while also subtly pushing people to get them around to my way of thinking. Games like this, you gotta go brick by brick with your strategies.

As for who I think will win, if an Atamai makes it to a vote, I think the Jury gives it to them. If not, Golden has the best shot. Of Golden/LoRab/Opt, I think Lorab is least likely to win with SVS on the jury.

I dunno what the strategy is on Survivor, but on Big Brother a valid and potent strategy is to stack the jury with people who like you/liked your play by convincing the people around you to do the actual work of getting those people out of the game.

Smart money is on stoking the Mamana loyalties. Press the numbers advantage, and be careful about the votes/idols.
