So with the lack of an Ubby kill, Ubby must be dead.

Wouldn't that be something

Maybe somebody accomplished some kind of....task of great magnitude

Shame about the failed Nightkills on me huh

I agree with this. I've had my eye on timmer since just after bubbles lynch. I made a post about him back then so I'm not going to repeat everything. It should be easy enough to find.

After reading today's discussion I'm not feeling a syn vote.

I understand what's going on with bwt as well but I think I'll probably be putting a vote on timmer in hopes that he is on team azura.

Be back later.
Might as well put my two cents in. I don't think timmer is bad, having read him/the points on him over.

Plus maybe other roles can join forces (except if they're aligned with him, of course). For instance, I'm noticing the Warden of the Inner Eye could potentially nulify his role.

Hopefully in the next 24-48 hours, I will be able to start changing that.

I agree with what llama just said. All these Synonym votes from out of nowhere feel very off to me. I will not be voting for him at this time.

I also will not be voting for TH at this time. The case against him from Scotty actually makes me feel it's more likely TH is neutral.

Wilgy on the other hand survives a lynch via a switch, and then just happens to be "silenced" today. I didn't think a potential teammate of Bubbles would defend her the way he did, but given what has happened since EoD on Day 6, I no longer feel as confident about Wilgy as I did before. I think it more like he's Captain Uzi or on that team.

Votes DrWilgy

Linkis galore: I'm fine ending the lynch before 1AM if all the votes are in earlier. Or even most of them. Mine is about to be in anyway. :P
I think you are bad, and that you miraculously got through Day 1 unscathed isn't really talked about enough.

There's something stinky from all 3 of TH, BWT and Syn.

Syn I know from JTM, once he gets going, can be a force to help baddie hunt.

I am not seeing that this game. Even though it's a fucking beast to get into, and he subbed in a little bit ago, he hasn't given us anything to work with. It's not like he subbed in yesterday.

MAYBE you're on point. Maybe not.

I don't approve of him leaving the "posting" part out of his participation equation ("reading and voting" isn't enough, that's for sure, and he knows better, too); it's been going for too long and I've seen better activity from him back on JTM. It's understandable if the catch-up is too much or the role madness too vast, but it's still no reason to simply say "I don't understand what's going on" and not adopt any participation tactic.

If he's been recruited, his team would probably profit a lot from him sidelining hard. Plus, if you'll recall, I had a nagging vibe that Russ's status, despite him wanting out since D2, was left afloat for Days until replacements were found, making me believe he's already been recruited and his role is not so easily discardable anymore (via modkill or such). Both these recruiting theories on Russ and on Syn could mean either civ or bad camp, but his sidelining and defeatist remarks make me lean on bad.
This game has gotten very quiet in recent days. Chalk it up to vacations/busy-ness during the summer or what have you, but I don't like the wallflowering going on.

Bass, Synonym, Tranq, Sorsha, aapje, Devin, reywaS, bea. Even BWT's been mysteriously distant of late. Those people on my list scare me because I can't say for sure what they are, because I just haven't heard original opinions from them in a while. Out of sight out of mind. At least Sorsha, who I had been hounding for so long, had been making efforts to look at several people (which she has said she doesn't prefer to do).

I know it's Labor Day weekend, and that's a legit excuse, but I want to see some buckling down going on.

I think I hurt his feelings.

I believe we have a difference of opinion about how a past game was played. When he started accusing me of being bad, and using my reaction & calling it combative, I referenced Gotham, a game on RM. At that point he started saying he hated Mafia & was quitting, and over the next few days made some more remarks like, "Make my next to the last game a good one" etc. But I am fairly sure I am the meanie here.

He seems to think my recollection of that game and his are different. Could be. But in any case, he & Rey seemed to think my reaction to accusation (which was a total freak out meltdown) meant I was bad, and in fact I was a civ. My point was not to denigrate DH, but to say that his read of me is in error, and has been so historically in another game, Gotham.

I am sorry if I have singlehandedly driven him from Mafia by recalling what happened in a game differently than he does (and as far as I am concerned, i am misrepresenting nothing, I recall what I recall). But when he starts flinging that old "sher's defensive/comabtive" etc. when she's bad, it's bullshit and when I see bullshit I call it bullshit.

I do respect his gut, and he has been 100% correct on me in past games. But he is not in this one.
What feelings? I don't have those. I'm a sociopath who intentionally makes people cry because I enjoy being a bully.
