He has posted in another game. He, in fact, did so first thing this RL morning. That is generally how people let folks know that they are silenced.

You're arguing against the idea that he's sick, which isn't actually what I'm positing. I think he's probably silenced.

I accept that the power may exist as well. I don;t have it though. But what about the BTSC thing. Why would he fail to send that in?

We know he sent in his rock pm, and he agreed to BTSC in the thread, so I can't imagine a reason he wouldn't also PM btsc--probably in the same PM. Why send a message about one and not mention the other? That just doesn't make sense.

It's weird. I agree. But I want to know the reason for the weird. It seems more likely to me that he's somehow blocked from anything, than it is that he has posted multiple times in another game, and has not done anything at all in this game. That just seems odd. Not uncommitted, as Boom seems to want us to think, but odd. I want an explanation, not to be rid of him. At least not yet.

But it's exactly that fire that worries me. It's a fire that feels divisive. Also, on the chance that Wilgy has been silenced, I'm not willing to vote for him. My feelings on this are well documented. And given that he's made 3 posts in another game since the night began in this game, I'm not willing to believe that he's too sick to post. It also seems out of character to not follow through on requesting BTSC from who he said he was going to request BTSC from. So, yeah, maybe he's evil (although I'm not sure we have a mafia in this game, and it would be a little odd and off theme if we did). But maybe he's actually unable to post due to game mechanics. This early in the game, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.

But he hasn't posted this night, and he has posted elsewhere, which is kind of international mafia code for I'm silenced--at least in our little mafia world. Maybe he's been kidnapped. Or he's on a side island somewhere. Or he got eaten by a fish while trying to make a spear. Or he's busy talking to SVS. I don't know. But if he's not here, then I'm not comfortable voting him out.

If we had lost the last challenge, we'd actually have exactly the same thing that we have now. The other tribe would just have more food, which is unclear how much of an advantage that is. I think you're overstating what risk a loss would have been.

And, if you were hunting for the sake of the tribe, you'll tell us then if you found the idol?

Did we? You know you've been playing too long when you can't even remember such things. It's funny--I remember my earliest games and my most recent games...it's all the middle games that are a jumbled mess in my brain.

Oddly, given the number of mutual games, I don't think I've ever had BTSC with either of you. (and if we did, I blame my completely fried brain)

And throwing out there now that this is a busy weekend for me--it's another Jewish holiday, Purim. It's the one where we have a carnival, wear costumes, get drunk, and eat cookies. (best holiday ever and I really don't know why we don't use that as our major selling point--we need to work on our PR) Anyway, it's a work intensive weekend for me, even more so than usual this year with what's going on in the Jewish community, so my posting will be a bit sporadic. I'm still committed to the game and to the team...and I will be around....just letting you all know that it's one of my wonky timing weekends.

With their approval, of course, I think Elo and Golden, similar to me, would be perceived as more likely to choose yellow, so are also good candidates for black, regardless.

I'll do a black rock. I figure I'm probably perceived as being a good person, who would be more likely to do the generous thing and do a yellow rock, so I might as well go with the unexpected.

And I agree that I think our team has the easier balance of personalities. Love the folks on the other team. But there are a lot of big personalities on that team. Actually... I'm pretty strong so I got a little boost that my heavy shots were a 100% success (wasn't told until I was almost done shooting or I would have mentioned it). And I don't tire as quickly so I'm not as worried about spending energy in the beginning of the game. It's only an early game advantage for me so that I can help my team out in group challenges.
