OK, not really. But I think it's the only way I'm going to get a win this year around here.

Re: Battlestar Galactica Mafia - Night Two

LoRab is gonna be my right hand man. ;)

For real though, see Hamilton. Find a way. It was very much worth it.

Also, play our game when it comes up in like two years.

Is that a play by Stephen Sondheim? Perhaps you should ask Dom, he's more familiar with theatre.
I bet it was Desiree. She is so sneaky!

I did that before. I found it quite disconcerting. Someone will be along to clean it up shortly, I imagine.
OK, sorry for a moment of nostalgia, but this totally made me remember a game from a thousand years ago where every five minutes, the host popped up with, "A secret event has been triggered." I think it was on The Piano, not LP--really early days. ZOMG Zombies, maybe? Or possibly Computer Lab? Or some other game from around that time that I just can't come up with. Does anyone remember? Because this is bothering me now.
I remember it, Lorab, though I know not the game. :)
I believe it was Computer Lab. I played that one, and remember this-- I didn't play the others mentioned.

It could be Maher's Mystery Mafia.

Re: Battlestar Galactica Mafia - Day One

Golden wrote:Another general notice.

I am very busy toda, and Dom is also very busy, and this is a very active thread. It is hard for us to make sure that everyone is ok and that nobody has any hurt feelings.

Please, if anyone is feeling hurt, insulted, offended, upset... I ask that you do your very best to keep yourself from posting that into the thread.

PM me. PM Dom. Vent away to one or both of us. That's what we are here for.

If you post it in the thread, it will probably only mean that feelings escalate and things get worse. I have to step away now for a while again, and I'd really like to come back to find a thread where everyone is trying their best to understand that we are all playing a game together, and no-one is trying to be personal. We are all a family here :) lets do our very best to keep the game as friendly as we can :hugs:

PS this is aimed at no specific people in particular. I'd appreciate it if everyone can aid the good feelings in whatever way they can. :)
THIS THIS THIS! :)

Thank you Golden, for making wonderful posts while I am preparing for college graduation this week. Please, please, please let me knof if you need anything-- I've reached out to a number of you. I hope I've not forgotten to respond to anyone, if I did, let me know. I adore y'all and want you guys to have fun.

Golden wrote:For everyone's notice.

Talking about what your win condition is, is considered infodumping and against the rules.

If my win condition was that I needed Dom dead, I should pursue Dom's death and feel free not to compromise on it. I should not imply that I need Dom dead to satisfy my win condition.

To this end, please also do not ask people what their win conditions are. They are not permitted to tell you.

Win cons are secret because they are intended to be secret.
Why do you want me to die? :scared:
