The 'quiet' thing wasn't because I was bad, though. I'm just quiet in all games at the moment, relative to normal, because like you I'm a little burnt out and can't dedicate quite the same time to it. I'm going to take a short break after World Reborn.

I don't get this.thellama73 wrote:Here are a couple of posts from Fingersplints I think are worth noting:
fingersplints wrote:Actually I don't want to miss another vote so I am going to vote Elo right now. I trust Roxy and I think she is right. It does seem like Elo has been being saved by llama. Iirc he is the one who first commented to me about greybonez and then when he was lynched he was like "you all should have listened to me about MM". seems sketchyVery unsubtle defending of Roxy, and notably the only time she mentioned MM.fingersplints wrote:I asked for a summary and literally the only thing I got was about greybonez. I don't think it's fair to say it's jumping on bandwagon considering I just entered the game so how was I supposed to express suspicion before then? Also while greybonez ended up being civvie I really think defending himself some would have gone a long way.
I'm not sure how you know what's going on in my life to judge how much time I should have or have not had to catch up, but I'm pretty sure everyone here except you who is not playing (has played, or is cohosting with me) the game I am hosting, so does not know that some pretty bad shit happened there and I have been preoccupied with that. I'm keeping up with what is being said now, but I literally haven't had a chance to read prior. (Minus greybonez - who I did read all host posts before voting)
I'm going to try to reread Elo first when I get a chance. I'm pretty good at reading Roxy, and I feel from her posts that she is a civvie. She seems pretty insistent, so I wonder if there is something there.
Recall that Splints replaces Lipsticklacey, and then read this:I think a Roxy/Splints team looks probable. I would probably be more comfortable with a SPlints lynch than Roxy though, since the Eloh NK could be a setup.Roxy wrote:I want to vote llama for saying to lynch Lips.
And we all know how I feel about noobs amirite?
You think splints is defending rox, so you're clearly of the opinion that rox is bad.... so... you're more comfortable with a splints lynch because????
I'm busy. :/ :/Roxy wrote:I really do not know about splints. I feel good about her game but maybe I am wrong.
Yes I thought Golden was bad.
Dom could still be indy but idk he seems wholly uninvolved.

Re: A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder - Day 5
I don't necessarily disagree that you might read splints well. I do think it's weird that you took her comment to mean that she thinks/knows you're civvie-- and have pushed it.Roxy wrote:Why wouldn't I know it as a civ?
splints and I have been playing and hosting together for years. Though her track record at reading me is superior to my ability to read her.
I feel like I know her well enough to say she is civ and have no reason to doubt her aorn.

Elohcin wrote:What a day. First of all its been raining here for days and days. But today, the power went out while I was baking two birthday cakes and a wedding cake (yes, my oven fit it all). I also had a diswasher full of dishes, laundry in the washer and laundry in the dryer. This is my lifeI had to hand mix the last batch of batter and then transfer all my cakes to a couple ovens at Epi's place of work. Thank goodness we live in po-dunk Hoke and they see no problem with Mrs. Brown and her three chillin's in tow walk up into the school with pans full of half baked cake ready to use the culinary classroom while school is in session
All is well now though, the power came back on a little bit ago and the cakes are ready to be frosted and decorated tomorrow.
I can't believe greybonez. Did he even really fight for himself? I hate to see that. Also, Roxy, I am not bad. I have acted a bit different this game, yes. I am trying to change up my game here and there so I am less readable. Too bad it just makes players think I am bad. You, however, have acted differently imo and you STILL have yet to give any evidence as to WHY you think I am bad except that I am "acting differently". Where are the quotes, man, where are the quotes?

Also-- what does everyone think of the Rox/Eloh split? I'm leaning on the side of Rox right now after reading yesterday again. TBH, if Elo wasn't insane it'd be better. :/ I'm not sure I'm comfortable weighing in when she's not able to speak. Given that the insanifier is civ, I'm not thinking being insanified is a point against Eloh.

What happened to your scotty suspicion? I'm confused.thellama73 wrote:Turnip Head expressed much wisdom here. May he rest in peace. I am happy to consider a Metalmarsh lynch tomorrow.Turnip Head wrote:Sorry guys I haven't had any time for mafia today. Going into today I expected to vote for Golden but after sleeping on it and seeing his recent posts I think his suspicion of me is genuine - and this was one of my problems with him, I didn't feel like his suspicions/opinions were genuine. I'll look into him more tomorrow and respond to some of his observations about me and talk about what some of my concerns were, but I'm tabling my suspicion of him for now.
I'm voting Metalmarsh... again, but this time it's FOR REAL. I'm okay with Elo's observation about Llama, I think it was a "slip" worth bringing up and looking into... it's Metalmarsh's harping on the slip that I take issue with. His first post towards Llama is fine, his second reiteration of the point looks like someone trying to be opportunistic about a poor choice of words. It's something I expect more from baddie Marsh than a civvie one.
I also think Greybonez's vote and explanation is suspicious as hell but I don't know him well enough to decide if it's disingenuous and I don't have time to look into it.
I am enjoying the back-and-forth, and I want to see if it produces anything I deem suspicious. I am thinking on a few of the things roxy said.Elohcin wrote:Does no one else want to weigh in on this conversation between Roxy and me? Wouldn't you rather see her give some details to her suspicions like she has demanded from me?
