First off, before anything else, Epig... this was epic. You have a gift, my friend. Truly. Not only is your storytelling amazing, but it also proved to be insanely balanced! Baddie teams of 6? A million prizes given out? For a first-timer, you juggled an amazingly complex game with aplomb.
Oh, and thank you for giving me one of my favourite roles ever! Disruptive indies 4 lyfe, yo!
I can't believe how close I came. Ugh! I executed my gameplan as well as I possibly could (except for fucking up near the end which I'll get to in a sec). I figured early on that the best thing for me would be to make everyone realize that I was an indie. That would back the bad guys off from NK-ing me, which I had no protection against. And I figured if I would establish the idea that I was un-lynchable, that would keep the civs off my back as well. Plus, I deliberately played pro-civ at first, too well in fact, dipping the all important cosmic balance too far in the civ's direction.
The lynch thing. Honestly, had you ever even one time tried to lynch me two days in a row, I was toast. I had to scramble each night to gauge whether the next day would be a day you tried to lynch me or not, because I had to time my night actions to protect myself. Also, I had to scatter my kills near the end to make it confusing, otherwise I figured I was dead. The end was a nightmare to plan, lol. And I knew FH had won some prizes, so I had to think... are they prizes to protect against NKs? Or prizes that prevent lynching? Whichever she had, if I picked wrong, I would lose. If I picked right, I would win. And I picked wrong, dammit.
As for my fuckup. I misinterpreted one of Epig's last posts. Everytime I was up for lynch but shared my votes with someone else, his post made it sound like they were sick, or hurt, or posioned, or something! But when i read his post about thellama, my brain told me that he had somehow survived lynching, which was stupid on my part, because the lynching hadn't been attempted yet, my special lynch move made the lynch happen at the end of night. So my misinterpretation of llama's situation caused me to miscount who was left, I opted not to kill or anything that night because of it, and we landed here. FUCK!!!
Anyway, guys, always remember. An indie Timmer is a baddie indie Timmer, lol.
this was a blast, great game civs and Roxy sorry for killing you but I could smell your baddieness a mile away lol
