Sockface grew increasingly excited. This investigation has proved to be consistently intriguing, he thought. But Sockface is a greedy host.

SOCKFACE: (reflection) There has to be some way to improve this game...

Suddenly, the host had an idea.

SOCKFACE: A game show! Game shows are the best.

He appeared out of nowhere and confronted the players. Cheesy music began to play.

SOCKFACE: Welcome to... The Sockface Death Note Mafia Trivia Game Show! The way this will work is as follows: I will ask questions to the thread. A question then must be answered by a player. Every time one player gives an answer, he may not again until every single other player has done so. If a player answers a question wrong, I will announce the buzzer, and a new player must attempt to answer the same question. Once one of my questions has been answered correctly, I will ask a new question. This game show will end once either my predetermined set of questions has been answered or we run out of available players to answer questions.


The Sockface Death Note Mafia Trivia Game Show has begun!

Sockface wrote down Matahari's name in the Lynch Note. He waited. 40... 39...

Eventually, 40 seconds had expired. Nothing happened.

SOCKFACE: What the hell is going on here?

Suddenly, Sockface was shot right in the head. His body collapsed to the ground.

The players looked at each other, unsure of what to do. Meanwhile, Sockface was on the ground, snoring away.

TURNIP HEAD: Should we wake him?
SPACEDAISY: No, let him get his sleep.
EPIGNOSIS: What about the lynch?

Suddenly, Sockface awakened.

SOCKFACE: Eh? Get out of here. I'm trying to sleep!!!

Somewhere in the background, Matahari snickered, carefully concealing her bottle of sleeping pills.

I intended on this Night lasting 22 hours, but it is around 21 and I currently have received all PMs, so I will be ending Night 7 momentarily.

Sockface stuck the Lynch Note in his bag.

This is correct. Day 7 ends at 8:44PM CST, with DST in effect.

It is later than normal because of the fact that my post was roughly 30 minutes late for Night 6, as well as the time change.

In order to get back on a more normal schedule, Night 7 will only be 22 hours instead of 24. I will announce this again later.

Daylight Savings Time:

In order to reflect Daylight Savings Time (if it applies to you), be sure to change your settings in your User Control Panel -- Board Preferences -- Summer/DST is in effect (Yes).

FYI I have updated the wording in Teru Mikami (X Kira)'s additional secrets to be more clear. I realized the description regarding the conditions of his suicide was too vague. It was not clear whether his ending the day or night early would also result in the lynchee or night target's death as normal. He dies in the lynchee or night target(s)'s place; the normal lynchee or night target(s) will not die.

Misa Amane (Second Kira)'s additional secrets have been solved and revealed.

Light Yagami (Kira)'s additional secrets have been solved and revealed.

L's additional secrets have been solved and revealed.

Now that all of the players figured they knew his true identity, they started combing through Russtifinko's thoughts, as if searching through a gold mine. DharmaHelper recalled the first posts of Russtifinko that came to mind.

Boomslang was the sole person clapping. After realizing no one else was and people were glaring at him, he stopped. The players' attention then turned back to Russtifinko. Silenced continued as everyone was speechless. Well, everyone except one person.

DHARMAHELPER: You know, for being my mafia rival and all, you've been very underwhelming throughout this investigation. I don't care what your true identity is. What you just did confirmed that to me.

Suddenly, Russtifinko addressed the crowd.

RUSSTIFINKO: Fools!!! You question my kills? I killed the right person, you just don't know what I know! I'm always a step ahead of you.

After letting out an evil laugh, Russtifinko collapsed to the ground, dying of a heart attack.


Russtifinko has been killed by Kira.
