How does that make no sense, especially paired with your actions previously in this game?sig wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2018 4:13 pm I'd also note that Epi's response to me is being snarky or NO Uing
The framing argument makes no sense, I'm mafia who wants to lynch Epi, but instead of killing him I kill someone who's inactive so I can try to lead a lynch against him, even though I'd know he was a civ?

I voted my suspicion; at the time of my vote, you had 2, and I didn't even keep up with the vote changes. I was fine with a lynch of either of you, and I take full responsibility for that.
I don't like how your suspicions seem manipulative.

Re: Murder On The Owl Express [Night 1]
I think you seem genuine in your interactions with myself and others; I'm just trying to figure you out. I suppose you've dropped a bit just due to POE (process of elimination) and because I can increasingly conceive of a game in which you're a newbie baddie capitalizing on extant suspicions in the thread, and I'm having some trouble following your train of thought at times (pun not intended). I don't find it convincing, but it's possible.Lunalee wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2018 4:07 pmOnly slightly town? Who are the other players, me and Luna?sig wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2018 4:07 pmI'm pursuing the player I think is mafia. I've been hunting other players as well so I think this is false. I get why he's pursuing his strategy I think it's anti town. I also disagree with the framing argument, that's a very WIFOM reason and commonly a strategy used by the mafia.MovingPictures07 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 04, 2018 4:04 pm Ugh. I'm torn right now. But I think I'm starting to come around on sig. I'm voting for him. It seems to me he's way more interested in getting rid of Epi than he is actually finding baddies, and I don't get how he can't see why Epi would pursue the strategy he has. The inactive kill and his fixation on it also make me wonder if he's more likely bad and trying to frame Epi (and now lynch him) than he is genuinely trying to understand anyone else's mindset and hunt.
Look, I recognize there's a reality in which you're tunneling as a townie, which is what I previously was inclined to believe. Your posts seem increasingly uncompromising and manipulative, however, because you're not making any effort to understand where anyone else is coming from, just dismissing them.
I don't understand your disagreement with the framing argument; it seems to me you're supporting my speculation.

I'm not good at NKA, so I'm not one to ask, but I think it's theoretically possible anyone wanted to remove an inactive for any number of reasons -- frame someone, make the game more fun, make an untraceable kill, whatever.

Re: Murder On The Orient Express [Night 1]
Yeah, I'd say that's most likely too. 1 mafia would mean there'd have to be another 1 mafia, which basically just means town v. 2 3P roles. I doubt it, but I think that's more likely than 3, which would steamroll town in a setup this small.
