Confident Individualism definitely describes me. Interestingly, although it only occurs in 2% of the population, INTJ is overwhelmingly overrepresented in libertarian circles. A statistically improbable majority of the people I worked with at FreedomWorks were INTJ., and I'm very interested to learn that MP continues the trend!

Carl Gustav Jung invented personality typing, though not this specific test. He also theorized about archetypes, the collective unconscious, and synchronicity. I generally find his work persuasive, unlike that hack Freud.
