We could have asked her anyway. She might not have been able to help at all, but we still could have asked. I could go ask a random stranger on the street for my role but they wouldn't have a clue what I was talking about. I could still do it.

I'm in the same timezone as the website, which helps makes things easier. How do you change the setting to include seconds?

Go to user control panel -> Board Preferences -> global setting and select "custom" time/date format. Then add a lowercase s after whatever time setup you want and click submit. I configured mine to display microseconds as well.
