I am loving seeing all the avatars. This should be so much fun!

Again, the game really starts now with choosing how you do your avatar. Think carefully about questions that could be asked. You don't know yet if you will/will not be mafia. If you feel you want to change your picture for any reason, now is the time to do so. (I know I keep saying this. C'mon, Missing P.!!!)

I'm glad you are still wanting to play Missing Person. We will wait patiently for your picture.

Really, I can start with anywhere between 15-19 players. But I have to have at least 15 solid players who've voted yes and who've uploaded an avatar.

Right now we have 15 signed up and are waiting on one avatar. However, splints said she wants to play but hasn't changed her vote to yes or uploaded an avatar.

It all depends on when we get these spots filled and when players upload their avatars.

I will do 24/24 except for July 4th. I will extend that and make that phase 48 hours. I know many of you have lives unlike me and will be doing more than lighting sparklers and watching the neighbors set off illegal fireworks

Love to all of you who are excited and ready. Looks like we will be waiting at least another day.

I have had others back out. We are still waiting on a few more now, unfortunately.

We are waiting on five players to upload avatars and then we can get started. I am going to work out and take my kids out to the pool and then I will be back to start. Again, if you would like to change anything about your avatar, now is the time! Can't wait to start!

Roxy, you are welcome. I would like to try to begin around 4pm today. We cannot begin until everyone has their photo uploaded. If you want to make any last minute changes to your photo, please take this opportunity to do so.

I would like to begin as soon as possible as we begin our school year July 20th. I do year round schooling with my kids - 4 weeks on, one week off. But I hate for you to miss out on the game for that many days. Will you have internet at all?

I am going to change the number of players to 15. There will be 3 Mafia and 12 civilians.

I have had family in town for the past two weeks and they are now gone. Things are quiet and I am really hoping we can start this game soon. Please, tell your friends to join It would be a good game for people who are new to Mafia as it is a very simple game.

It's only 13 episodes. You'll be done before the game starts. I did it in, like, three days.

We are currently taking a break from the newest season while my mother is in town. Epi is not a fan of watching tv on my laptop in bed. He's got to be able to watch it on the tv

Thanks for doing that Epi. It was my plan to do that when the game filled up, but having it now is helpful. Also, I will allow you to change your avatar up until the game starts. So, if you feel like wearing a hat is becoming too popular for your taste, you may take it off

No fantastical elements, meaning no unicorn horns or turning your skin green, but if you want a fu manchu, that's okay. Don't use Paint to draw on a hat or a cigar or anything like that. Everything needs to appear realistic so if you are really good with photoshop and can do that, go ahead.

I understand it's not for everyone.

Players:
There will be 15 players in this speed game. 12 players will be civilians and 3 players will be Mafia.

In order to play, you must upload a picture of yourself from the shoulders up and make it your avatar. Feel free to be creative. Put on a hat, grow a mustache, wear a wig, etc.

Mafia has BTSC and kill each night.

Day Polls - Players will vote for one picture to be "put down".

Night Action - Civilians vote for a player via PM (you may not vote yourself). The winning player gets to PM the host a yes or no question about a Mafia member. Once you've asked a question about the Mafia, anonymous votes for you will no longer count.
- Acceptable question example: Does a member of the Mafia have red hair?
- Unacceptable question example: Is so-and-so a Mafia member?

Participation Score - Missing more than two lynch votes in the entire game will affect your participation score.

That's it! Simple and fun!
