what few things does it explain?

The lynch closes early for me tomorrow, i think i'm going to go with alizon, i've been watching her since the case last night and each successive post by her has led me to agree with it more and more, and her whole "i'm going to take a look at everybody" thing reminds me of a gambit that's made by baddies a lot, the whole "hey if they were a baddie why would they make a list including everyone since that would force them to write about their teammates and could cause problems if they're lynched" gambit thing.

I guess a kill could have been Crabbe's secret, or there could be something else shady going on... their choice of kill is definitely odd but i guess not surprising, a lot of players still suspected him. it would be good to watch for other similar actions in the future i think.

@merga: i feel that's what the game circumstances seem to indicate about them, of course it's always possible that that particular role wouldn't behave in the exact way i would predict.

Oh, I thought you were just asking about the case in general. The secrets are what i meant though, when I said that. If Entjen were saved by some baddie secret thing then wouldn't it be the duty of the one civ role capable of causing such a thing to use that ability to take Entjen out?

That's kinda just my line of thought, I guess.

i think the simplest explanation thing about entjen is about the circumstances for her survival indicate that they're probably civ, based on stuff. and if they were anything other than that role then that role would be capable of personally taking entjen down on their own.

I can't believe this.

Mary is reading as a cornered baddie rn... she seems to be throwing out colorful language like "super shady indie team" which don't make much sense given the context, like seriously they're teachers, what the heck are they gonna do, give us detentions? 10 points from gryffindor. While i admit there's not a lot we know about them, Mary seems to be taking the villainization of them a bit far for the sake of survival. As well as trying to accuse Jennet who didn't she just survive a murder?

I need to vote tonight, I'm performing a "magic" show tomorrow night so I'm gonna be busy all day.

I think I've decided to trust Krystyn Chenoweth, at least for now.

My vote is going to Entgen, partially because of the stuff Krysteny said about avoiding responsibility but also because of this thing:

"Krystyna I def do not have btsc, and if I did, don't you think my posts would be a little more consistant
because I would have an idea what is going on from my btsc? I am all on my own here, and I really am just busy. "

The whole argument of "if i were a baddie I would act differently because teammates" never pans out properly, if baddies ran around acting like they were obviously baddies then there wouldn't be much of a game would there. mafia do their best to act like they're not in btsc and don't have buddies to help them catch up and like... good mafia teammates make their fellow mafias read up on their own to avoid slip ups and shared perspectives and whatever. I am sleepy, but yes that is where my vote is going.

I don't quite think it's reasonable to assume that all slytherin's are capable of being recruited. Or at least not to the Voldies, spare Draco, since it wouldn't make sence for Lucious to kill him after finding him. Maybe controlling him might make sense or something? Idk, I digress. If my hypothesis on the Professors is correct then it's totes hella possible that that they could be recruited by Snape, but that is kinda just the same as how under my guessing thing the 4 gryffindors could also be recruited, (or gathered? found? whatever) somehow by MacGonagle.

Of course this is all just based on guesses that are meaningless because I could be totally wrong so therefore who the heck cares. I don't think it's worth worrying about right at this moment at least not comparatively to other things.

Yooooo hosts would we hypothetically be informed if such things as recruitments or the gaining of btscs were to take place in some manner?

I did think it was strange how Entjen didn't say who they might have voted for when there were only really 2 people getting votes, it didn't seem like it would have taken much to look at the poll and decide between if they would have gone with the common thought or gone somewhere else.

I don't feel good about this lynch at all... There are way too many easy votes coming in for Bridget. I'm voting for Krystyna Ceynowa, I think her reason for voting Bridget make the least sense and stick out to me as just making up reasons. If Bridget were a puppet why would that make her worthy of a vote?

I'm curious what Barbara and Jennet were referring to. I don't understand why either of them is getting at what they're getting at.

Except for the people she is accusing of being bad with no backing up at all, those aren't exactly logical conjectures...

Good to hear about the alignments and stuff, the host comment about btsc is ominous and makes me wonder if there really might be potential recruitment stuff going on. :0

There's 4 HoH's and 4 members of each household. The 4 members of each house seems unusual since almost all of the main characters in the books are Gryffindorites, if the game were aiming for perfect representation it would have many more Gryffindor characters and fewer unknown characters. So basically I think it's safe to assume that the 4 household members per household and 4 house leaders thing isn't a coincidence. Maybe the House leaders recruit members of their house to their personal teams, maybe they just have to survive to the end with a certain number of their members alive. Or maybe there's some kind of house cup shenanigans? Idk. In any case, yeah the mafia seems more dangerous.

I think both of these things can't be true at the same time. If the Death Eaters could recruit Draco then it wouldn't have made sense to kill Agnes last night who had a 1/4 chance of being Draco.
