What did Jigsaw mean when he said he was successful with his level choice?
I can understand that choice. I just haven't decided what I think is the most helpful yet.

Jiggy picked level 2 and that's where we found Dr. Fetus. I believe INH actually picked level two that same night.

I am choosing to keep my level pick to myself as well. It feels like we are all stumbling around in the dark with no lynches yet. It is simpler to find a baddie once we have a confirmed lynch.
I suspect a lynhc is still a ways off unless we settle on one person and bombard them with votes. Do you think that is what we should do? Who should that person be?
You. You'd be a great candidate, although it would also be a shame to lose you as a result of a first successful lynching. :llama:

Some low posters then? :mafia:
I think this is a good idea. Low posters, not llama. And, obviously not Rusty.

You've probably heard this from me before...zinc and Vitamin C!!! Take it once (I sometimes take it twice depending on how bad the cold) a day for three-five days and your cold will be less severe and shorter. Sometimes the cold won't progress at all. I may not be a great Mafia player but I kick ass at RL :) haha Feel Better!
We are back to low posters again? Ok fine, if we exclude subs and those no longer playing:

Jigsaw - 7
Nevinera - 9
Vompatti - 11
Boomslang - 11
DP - 12
Elohcin - 15

So who of all these people do Llama, Lizzy, and Elo suggest we vote? :p

I just don't think it's a great strategy in this game frankly. But I can see the value in actually having a lynch rather than eating away at everyone's total until one day 5 people die all at once.

Welcome back Epi! What are your thoughts you brought back from beyond? For or against low posters? For or against keeping our levels secret? Mata, MR, Rose, what are your thoughts as well?

I can't decide on hiding our levels or not. I see value in both. We shared twice and the last time we found him. I will be interested to see what happens tonight.

Agreeing with Boomslang that it might be worth thinking about whether we should post which level we're searching in - as he/she said Dr Fetus can just post he's searching in his own - but if he is found, is the player that found him told? And if they are can they share that in the thread? Then if Dr Fetus is posting he's searching in his own level, and someone else checks it, and finds him, we would know who he is. Does that mke sense?

So while we discuss it, I won't say which level Im searching in tonight.
These are some good points I am considering. The other thing is Dr.fetus learns our patterns for which numbers we often pick. I think if we keep announcing that having two people search a level is good as well.

Since we are mostly announcing levels this time I am going to search 17.

Also Welcome Mata!

Alright, I am going to stick with my initial suspicion on bwt at this point. Did not like his quick support to go after low posters. It seems like a notorious baddie move to me in a game that at the time had very little suspicions to go on.

I assure you Mongoose, Llama and I are most definitely not in cahoots. I am not sure of course if he is bad or civ, but I do know that I don't like his initial attempt to get us to vote evenly since we all have uneven amounts of life. Why is nobody discussing this?? The life you have is not the same that I have which makes llamas idea even worse.

Bwt's vote for him gives me pause. Of course this game is interesting in that baddies can in fact vote for each other without fear of killing them. I think Nev's theory is sound and we do actually have to start lynching people to get info. However, it's frankly more fun when everyone is still here, so not sure I really want to do this yet.

Lizzy, I am not sure bout you at all dear. Just not sure.

The bible has a lot of names. Not yours or mine that I know of though. :p

It didn't hurt that my husband is a big Isaac Asimov fan.
After these things, God tested Abraham, and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am." And he said, "Take your son, your only-begotten son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Mori'ah, and offer him there as a burnt offering upon one of the mountains of which I shall tell you." So Abraham rose early in the morning, saddled his donkey, and took two of his young men with him, and his son Isaac; and he cut the wood for the burnt offering and arose and went to the place of which God had told him. On the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes and saw the place afar off. Then Abraham said to his young men, "Stay here with the donkey; I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you." And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering and laid it on Isaac, his son. And he took in his hand the fire and the knife. So they went both of them together. And Isaac said to his father Abraham, "My father!" And he said, "Here am I, my son." He said, "Behold, the fire and the wood; but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?"Abraham said, "God will provide himself the lamb for the brnt offering, my son." So the went both of them together.

When they came to the place of which God had told him, Abraham built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his son, and laid him on the altar, upon the wood. Then Abraham put forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son. But the angel of the Lord called to him from Heaven, and said, "Abraham, Abraham!" And he said, "Here am I." He said, "Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only-begotten son, from me."

Isn't that a horrible story?
You don't like the name of my first-born son, of a first-born, of a first -born, etc. ? I seem to remember you helped us decide too. :noble:

I did read this just to make sure I was ok naming our son Isaac, but it's supposed to mean he who laughs, because Sarah or Abraham laughed when told she was with child, because she was too old they thought. So I think of it as a happy name. :D
