Yep, pretty much this. (Except for Thomas) I kept almost thinking about inh early on, but just couldn't convince myself of it.A Person wrote:Me too, I don't think I've ever been so consistently wrong.Epignosis wrote:This was easily my worst performance ever.

If you are innocent then why did you keep voting for yourself?Vompatti wrote:Please don't vote for me, I'm innocent.
I will concede that the case you made on me was better than the case I didnt make on AP. I have been suspecting him for a while. You did read my posts right? If I finish folding laundry soon, then maybe I will bring it to AP. I agree that I find it very hard to read him, but I feel that his voting ahs been opportunistic and calculating this game. He voted me for the first time, only after I voted for him for example.Epignosis wrote:I actually used your big post to decide to vote for you. It was that she kept saying "This will give us more inform...time to reflect on this...going to look at this with fresh eyes...OK, voting A Person."
There were no new insights since the Boomslang suspicion.
Also, Mata is throwing suspicions at the wall to see if they stick like nothing I have seen before. But then I have never played her as a true baddie before. Maybe this is the first?
Considering Jiggy was civ, doesn't make Devin look great right now either, but it could be just a case of friends irl reading each other wrong as Llama does me every single time (and me this one time. Yeah first time I voted for llama I think).
Oh also, anyone want to volunteer that they found Dr. Fetus and thats why we moved to the Final? No, really? Cause I know who did.
As for AP, I always suspect him. Always. And I've been 100% wrong every time we lynched him. Gambler's fallacy? Yeah. But you didn't make a case on him. You just said you had shitty intuition, which is what you were acting on:
Soooo....Hedgeowl wrote:I have also convinced myself that AP is not acting himself and think he is potentially bad. I am acting on intuition, which is usually terrible foe me, so I know if I should even encourage others to vote for him. if so and is civs I will feel really guilty, but I am having an impossible time reading people this game.
*votes AP*
Maybe she meant Lizzy or MR? Also, if you are a baddie this game, good job, because your staunch defense of me definitely sways my opinion that you might not be a baddie. I thought when russtifinko and llama both mistrusted hedge earlier in game, and then they changed their minds about her, that maybe she was good. But she has the most votes so far. I read your post above mine that you were going to vote of me, so wrote it as if you had. I clearly gave you the window you needed.Matahari wrote:I haven't even voted you yet. But your post wasnt exactly inspiring.Hedgeowl wrote:Yeah...I was feeling ok about Epi and starting to about Lizzy. Definitely feel confirmed in my vote for AP now and starting to eye Mata for that vote as well. This case Epi made on me basically says I am wishy-washy and blendy. I have been pretty busy and havent devoted time to this game, like others in the past. Interesting that his case is so weak however. He left out of my quotes concerning my suspiciosn on AP as well. I feel that this is possibly a baddie Epi trying to draw attention to me with a weak case. I actually wonder if Llama having a possible change of heart on me was his doom. (Forgot he did that btw). I have been put on the back burner by many, but make an excellent candidate to revisit I am sure. This game is clearly being controlled by baddies unfortunately and we do really need to lynch one, but that wont happen today.
Ah well, maybe tomorrow.

That's right. We both look suspicious for voting Llama and I am not against the idea that you may be bad. Seriously though, I've had a heck of a time really getting into this game mentally. I'm thinking it's because I'm on a game on another site that is on Day 3 and rapidly approaching 200 pages worth of posts. And that one has taken a lot of energy out of me. It's slowing down a bit, but it's crazy trying to keep up with it and it's taken a lot of my time and energy. So I apologize to everyone, especially our host! I will absolutely try my best to get my bearings on this game ASAP.
Also, RIP llama (sorry I was wrong about you!) and Mongoose!

@Jigsaw: I hope we can come to a truce at least on this day. Please level with me here. I am not who you think I am. You are going to end up being the death of me very soon if you continue.
I find this to be sound reasoning. Basically no use trying to lynch him until chapter 6 it seems.insertnamehere wrote:My current stance on Llama is that he's either Bandage Girl, and doing this stuff "just cause". Or he's Dr. Fetus and is doing this as an experiment, and just to fuck with us. OR, he's just a different civvie role who's got a lot of lives, and is doing this as an experiment. To me, the third is the least likely.

Granted, there are plenty of other reasons to suspect Llama (and believe me, I'm now considering them all), but I'm not following that one. :/

I somehow missed this theory of yours before, but it does make me wonder. Does that make you not suspect llama, but rather someone who is framing him and filled MR in on the deets?Lizzy wrote:Ugh! I've said this over and over again: I think he slipped.Russtifinko wrote:Lizzy, why do you suspect MR? I was thinking about him (and you, for that matter) for your Hedgeowl votes the other day. How can someone who has only recently registered on the board know about Llama and Mongoose, and thus the possibility of Llama being framed when Goosey was NK'd on night 2, unless someone has been telling him about in the chat?Mister Rearranger wrote:As soon as I saw the Night 2 kill, my first thought was that CHAD was framing him, tbh.Lizzy wrote:Then he decided to sacrifice Goosey to cover his tracks... or maybe someone is framing him, or... maybe it's just a coincidence.![]()
His reply, of course, less than satisfactory:Yeah, right!I put in work, read the thread, and came to a conclusion as most people do when they play...?
thellama73 wrote:Bear in mind that voting for Dr. Fetus will not harm him at this point, HedgeBaddie.
That is most certainly why Llama suspected me Russti. I hate the No U thing sometimes, but that's basically what happened. I also had a very fun, but somewhat ridiculous exchange with Lizzy which made me thoroughly suspicious. I am just trying to relax a little and not be so serious in this game since I was a baddie the last two games I've played. The motivation is stronger with a team I think to play straight. Now I want to kick back, have some brewskis, and lynch some baddies. You know the simple life.Russtifinko wrote:So I'm caught up. Is this why everyone suspects Hedge?
I've been looking for if there was anything else, and I'm just not seeing any evidence, concrete or otherwise.thellama73 wrote:Bring it. You have shown your true colors, Hedgeowl. Or should I say HedgeBaddie?Hedgeowl wrote:Fun fact: we all have different amount of life, so we have no idea when someone might die or not.
(This may have been discussed already) However, I like llama's day 1 suggestion even less and am considering voting there because it seems like a huge baddie benefit. What if they have more lives than the rest of us?!?
Also, Nev is right here:
I think Nev is right. Everyone hates Day 1s in mafia because they involve killing someone we're not really sure about at all. I think people want to spread the vote in this game to feel like they're not killing anyone, but they are, only very slowly. I think placing a high number of votes on someone is the best way to get information, unsavory as it is. I don't see how we can coordinate to all only vote for a few people, though, so we're in a pretty tough spot.Nevinera wrote:We have a core problem here:
1) We don't gain any concrete information until somebody dies.
2) Normally people die when we lynch them, in this game people just take damage.
3) Scattering our vote around like last time will result in lots of people being hurt (and easier for baddies to kill) and us gaining no real information until the endgame.
Sadly, I don't see any actual solutions to that problem - bandwagoning is mostly 'hope we get lucky'.. Does anyone else see some way to not lose this game? Maybe we'll be able to uncover more information as the game unfolds via mechanics like on night 0?
Llama's plan to distribute votes evenly didn't mean civs would be likely to win, just that the person with the most lives would. This makes me think llama has many lives. Unfortunately, that doesn't help me with his role since we don't know who has how many lives. (It also would have been an unsustainable plan, once those with few lives figured it out.)
Mister Rearranger wrote:According to his role description, I think he does.Hedgeowl wrote:Does Dr. Fetus get to move Bandage girl each night if we are on the same level?
Villains (4)
• Dr. Fetus – The game’s antagonist, Dr. Fetus, is truly evil. Every night, he hides Bandage Girl within a level that he has engineered to kill or confuse his enemies; he must choose which level by the end of each day period. If she is found, he flees to another world, altering the landscape of the game. When the players are in Chapter 1: The Forest, Dr. Fetus selects a target every night to chase in his Lil’ Slugger. When the players are in Chapter 3: The Salt Factory, Dr. Fetus selects a target every night for Brownie to race. Once Chapter 6: The End is reached, Dr. Fetus chooses a player to face in the final boss battle at his castle. Until then, Dr. Fetus cannot be killed.

Second, just because I have been wrong about you in the past does not mean you can never be a baddie, nor does it mean my observations about you are not valid. I've been lynched as a civ more times than I can remember, but that hasn't stopped people from coming after me, has it?
