You totally inspired me and then it just it popped into my brain. It could be done as a larger mafia if you include all the smaller roles, but works well here with the main cast.

The music, the drama, the comedy, the horror, the singing! Come play micro-mafia Little Shop of Horrors. It's sure to be a horrible delight. Will it be a magical ending of the film where our happy couple lives to start a life together or the musical ending where Audrey II succeeds in the dastardly plan to overtake NYC with plant minions? Who knows....
Seymour - Can switch the lynch once in the game.
Audrey - Will protect someone each night by singing.
Mr. Mushnik - Block someone each night by being a jerk.
Chiffon, Crystal, Ronette (2 roles though) - If both of them vote for the same person in the lynch it adds +1 vote.
Audrey II - Kills every night. Mwahaha!
