I disagree. Gleam and I knew exactly what we were doing on day 6. We were winning.

I don't want to vote on an MVP because I don't want to choose between Gleam and Wilgy. They were both brilliant and this was a team effort.

That's why it had to be last minute and it had to actually work. It was basically admitting to being bad but I'm sure you can see it was the only way to guarantee ourselves a win.

I can't understand why Gleam would be at the top of anyone's rainbow list. I can't think of a single thing he's done all game. Zebra is funnily enough the only person other than me that I actually believe to be a civ. At this point I'm sure MM is bad and that someone did vote Sig in a bid to save him early on. Here's why it wasn't me: Knowing what we know now about Wilgy, if I'd been a baddie during the previous lynch I latched on to INH's case for distancing purposes, safe in the knowledge that MM would show up to vote Sig and save himself. No saving necessary.

Oh wait, no I didn't. Thought I had. It's because I was out getting absolutely hammered with my brother who I very rarely see, and this game didn't even enter my head until long after I'd sobered up.

None of my votes have been contrived or disingenuous. You may dislike the reasons behind them or how I've played this game but that doesn't make me bad.

Actually skimming over Quin and Gleam got me to look back at Sig, and I've changed my mind on him. *Votes Sig* Of particular interest to me was where he defends himself against Quin's claims that he hasn't done anything memorable with this post:

Sig's posts contain no such case. His vote for Serge was supposedly gut at the time. Just strikes me as odd he'd come out with something so false as well as trying to dismiss Quin's suspicion as just him being salty.

I don't see MM being so detached if he was bad (he's been even less active than me), Sig and Wilgy I just don't see the cases on and feel relatively neutral toward. INH and Zebra I have reasonably good vibes on. Process of elimination leaves me with Gleam and Quin... Will see if I can find a reason not to vote for either of them.

Serge you can vote anyone you like for any reason you like. But if you look like you're hiding behind someone else's reasons, then others might find that suspicious. Like right now.

Your vote post. Right there. You say you are voting MM because Leetic (who also once suspected you, and who you helped get lynched) wanted him lynched. Earlier you said we should lynch INH and that if he's civ Rabbit/Wilgy should be held responsible. You don't take ownership of your own votes. You were also pretty quick to condemn Leetic's lynch as if you didn't have a hand in it yourself.

You brought up the possibility of bussing but didn't refer to MP himself even when considering it, so that just makes it look worse. Your display here of trying to discredit my suspicion while simultaneously trying to excuse your vote where my suspicion comes from isn't a good look either.

I get what you were going for and understand the feeling but in this case I don't think it fits. This is Leetic's first game on The Syndicate so I doubt he's got any particularly strong feelings about any one individual over another.

A vote for Serge kinda comes off as an easy vote to make though. Don't get me wrong, there's nobody I wouldn't lynch today. Your vote just caught my eye as looking like you wanted an easy target for the day. Your explanation makes more sense now though.

MP's suggestion of a policy lynch looks like another case of going after an easy target who isn't going to defend themselves. Why would we waste day 3 of a game with so few players lynching somebody who isn't playing?

Also FWIW I thought Silver looked the scummier of the two and would've been more inclined toward believing Ika were civ in light of a Silver baddie reveal than vice versa. I wondered if maybe Silver was bad trying to buddy up to an oblivious Ika and that idea kept resurfacing in my mind.

Also yes I know people will say it is scummy for me to build a case around someone being NK'd but that plus what Epi said about Serge and Serge's actions are enough for me to lay a vote out.

Epi suspected Serge, but he voted for Leetic. Since you're clearly eyeing Epi's suspects as his potential killers, what specifically makes you think Serge is more likely than Leetic to have killed Epi? It strikes me that Leetic is arguably more likely to show up and defend himself if someone pushes a case on him...

Important question, does today end 48 hours after the night post or does it end when the poll ends? One of those is a lot sooner than the other and it feels like half the game hasn't even posted all day.

I've been lynched for reasons waaaaay less fair than that many times. I do feel sorry for Quin, he replaced into a crappy situation. But it was going to happen eventually anyway, I'm sure. I also don't think it's the people who lynched Quin that owe him the apology.

If she hadn't dropped out, Quin wouldn't have been in that situation. When someone is suspected, the suspicion shouldn't die just because they get replaced. I don't necessarily think anyone owes anyone an apology tbh, that's how this game is played and if we all sat around apologising every time a civ died we'd never get anywhere. Yes it's bad he died and I regret voting for a civ but I just don't agree that it was unfair to lynch Quin.

This is a questionable statement, as it can read "Just because an easy mislynch target subs out doesn't mean I can easily mislynch them."

So if you think someone is bad, and then that person gets replaced, do you just stop suspecting them? That doesn't make any sense to me.
