Monty Python is probably the closest. He and Visor worked together to dumpster Ephemeral late D1 and SOD2 and then Tim promptly fucked off the wagon and started doing other weird things, which ultimately got him chopped like 3 days later. He basically abdicated any responsibility for the Eph push because he started working on the next chop.

As far as I've seen (and admittedly I haven't gone looking) these feelie reads haven't even gone to "feels wrong"...just "doesn't feel right."
