Ooof, that's a tough spot to be in. My advice would be to follow your heart and what's best for you mentally/emotionally, and try not to get too caught up in worrying about the future-- it'll fall into place however it's supposed to. I don't think you'd be lacking in future opportunities either way, since you're a really smart guy with diverse talents. Do what feels more "right" but don't be afraid to go a little bit out of your comfort zone since maybe change is what you need. I don't know if this is helpful at all but best of luck
