TBH, having you present my (first) award is fine by itself. Having a good friend and a great mafia player present me my first win is nice. You'll always be my Smeagol.

Ok, we can still be GOC bros. You have to just promise to win one game each year in order to play GOC every year. That's not too much to ask.

Anyway, here: You demolished in this category, getting more than twice as many votes as the contenders.

What prompts a person to decide to pull a shtick for a game? A guilty conscience? A desire for more fun?

Bob's shtick comes at a time when the Day 1 is trying to rev up. Where we are looking for something to focus on. I find that the shtick has little possibility of helping further the Civ win, so what is it? A place to hide?
