I've never used a post limit before. One previous 30-player game had 5000 posts over 16 day/night phases. Another had 7200 posts over 13 phases. Both with open nights.

Correct, only nightkills.

Strongman should kill anyone but a Commuter or Jailkept players. But in this case both the Strongman and Vengeance dies should the Strongman targets Superior Spider-Man

I pretty much exclusively run complex open setup games, and they have consistently gone for many days, and have come within a choice or two of either side winning.

The Scion... I do need to flesh that out a bit more. Storywise, the Scion is a baby that is 1/3 of an Inheritor prophecy/ritual to stop Spider-totems from being born (which actually makes no sense and I never thought about that particular glaring plot flaw before. WTF??).

Anyhoo, the Scion is Ashley Barton's baby brother, so she starts off in custody of the Scion. If the Inheritors kill her, they get The Scion, then they only need to kill The Bride and The Other to get a two-kill night. Ashley can give the Scion to someone else if she wants, to keep him safe. If she passes him to an Inheritor, then of course they get that freebie.

I guess Ashley is a bit of a weaker role. Maybe The Scion should grant some sort of boon to the one who holds it.

More than just Morlun... you must have read the earlier appearances of Morlun, before Spider-verse started? If so, that's very legit.

Have you read Spider-verse? If not, then you can read a compilation here, though there are some criticisms about the issue order. Also, on that site, you can get a more complete read by finding specific issues based on this Reading Order.

Also, the Inheritors have a Janitor kill available in order to line up some uncounterable claims for themselves.

And Brix is a Seemer, so she can actually appear as a fake role when she dies.

The evil team can submit an list, matching players to roles. Starting from the top, if they matched correctly, the player dies, and they move on to the next player in the list. And so on.

It's designed to discourage role-claiming and solving the game mechanically.

The Inheritors of the Multiverse - This family of powerful energy vampires have control over the Web of Life and Destiny, and powerful cloning technology that can get them back in the fight mere minutes after dying. Immensely powerful, immortal, nigh unstoppable.

Each night, one Inheritor will be chosen to make the team kill. If two Inheritors give up their night abilities, then the kill can be substituted for a Soup Kill. If an Inheritor makes the kill, they cannot be chosen to make the kill again before two nights have passed.

If the Bride, the Other, and the Scion die, the Inheritors may make two kills the following night.

Karn - Lost Wolf, the other Inheritors know who you are, but you do not know them. If you are the last remaining Inheritor, you can win with the town. You can track a player each night to see who they targeted.

Brix - Seemer, each night choose a target, that player will deceive info roles. Choose your role reveal upon death. You will know when you are targeted, and what false information was given.

Bora - Janitor kill, you receive the role. Each night choose a target, that player’s role will deceive them if possible

Morlun - Your vote value is equal to half the Day phase number. You receive a -1 modifier each time THE Spider-Man ends the Day with a vote on you.

Verna - Poison a player each night. The nature of this poison is that the player shall receive cumulative votes at the start of each day until healed.

Daemos - Two kills. Each night, you may send a message to another player. That player may send a message of their own the following night.

Jennix - Watcher kill - you will know who targeted your kill target, successful or not. Nullify a target’s abilities each night, rendering them vanilla.

Solus - Strongman kill, will bypass any and all protections. If you vote for an Inheritor, your vote is worth 0.5.
