I wouldn't characterize Mac's game as careful, I would say he's being thoughtful, Day 1 policy lynch notwithstanding. I feel pretty good about Mac.

Linki @ Mac: Yeah I did and I obviously don't know what I'm doing. I don't feel great about Floyd but the fact that he's been the counter wagon in two scum lynches makes me think the baddies are okay with him taking the fall.

That being said, these two posts do not make me feel good about you at all. I was leaning more towards FZ and zebra (oh and bea, but it looks like peeps will be trusting SVS on that one), but I think another look at your ISO is needed after these two posts.

I'm not quitting FZ, I just really don't know how to defend my actions and don't have much energy to try. I feel like everyone has a better grasp on this game than I do and I don't know if I'm even helping. Maybe the best thing for the game is to lynch me and move on.

I think you make a good point about Luke's post FZ. What do you think of him? And has your opinion of Zebra changed since yesterday?

linki @ Sorsha: My main suspicion is Luke for his throwaway vote, I think it's an attempt to stay away from voting for either his teammate or the one player he called civ. I still think Floyd could be bad due to his post about MM, but I admit that it's unlikely after he's been the counterwagon in two straight scum lynches. My pick for sneaky sonofabitch is Golden. He has been generally agreeable since he tunneled on Zebra 1.0. His voting record is solid after that, so I can't really make a case, but I find his recent even-keeled tone (outside of his interactions with Zebra) to be different than what I'm used to seeing from him.

If you are civ - I understand how much it sucks to be in this position. I've been there. I did the iso on Sorsha in part because I was feeling like 'don't just assume everything is this easy'... and it would have been a great ploy if sorsha was bad all along.

I can sympathize with the first part of this port. I have had a scummy voting record before while civ and it is frustrating as hell. The second part of the this post concerns me though. Why would Turnip Head not know what is going on. He is a good mafia player. Can you explain, TH?

I've just been wrong about almost everything so far and it's making me doubt my reads.

I think Luke looks bad for his vote outside the wagons yesterday. He had previously defended Floyd so I don't think he could have voted there, but he also didn't vote for sig. In a tie vote between a baddie and the one person he's felt was civ, Luke threw his vote away and left it up to chance.

I still have my eye on Floyd and ninja but not as much as I did previously. Floyd has been the second wagon against two baddies in a row and has voted for both of them out of necessity, but he also isn't contributing, so it's a wash. Ninja's Day 1 and 2 votes still stand out as seeming off, but I think the fact that she switched from Elo to sig on Day 2 looks a little better for her, because she had expressed suspicion of sig earlier.

Bea sounds genuine to me.

I agree that my voting record looks scummy as hell. I have no intentions of disputing that fact.

I have no idea what's going on in this game.

I feel good about SVS so far. I feel like she's playing her own game and she isn't putting the pressure on like she does sometimes when she's bad. She tries to twist civvies in knots when she's bad I think, and I'm not seeing that here.

I think we should be talking about Floyd. His vote for MM looks like a hastily thrown together justification for voting a teammate who's going down. He didn't cite Sorsha's case, he didn't even say he was voting to save himself. He said MM's posts were "baseless" and I'm still not sure what he meant by that. Coupled with his self-vote on Day 1 and his reasoning for doing so, I think Floyd looks bad here.

Zebra has been flippant and dismissive of the suspicion against her, and she can say her vote for Golden wasn't impulsive, but Zebra 2.0 has not pursued Golden since she entered the game and the vote looks like a reaction to being questioned on that front rather than a genuine vote. I thought it was interesting that she claimed House Fremen though. I think Zebra's win condition might have changed and that could account for the behavioral discrepancies. (linki: Zebra is taking MattF's case seriously now, so I need to consider that)

I want to vote for Floyd between these two because I think he looks worse, but it seems there's more momentum going Zebra's way, so I would consider a vote there. But I want to know what people think of Floyd.

I'm not stalling on anything, I said I would try to make an informed opinion about Zebra and I'm going to do that when I have time to sit down and consider her posts and your case. I have been focusing on my own suspicions because they're what have stood out to me personally.

Epi had a redirect role in the X-Men game, and it was a civ role. My role in Epi's WIllow game was a civ redirect role. But I've seen it as a baddie/indy role just as often.

I'm starting to think I was wrong about the people I suspected. I feel better about Eloh, and worse about TH and Zebra.

I guess I should have also said "I don't really have time for mafia atm, but I want to give Floyd as much time as possible to answer my question."

But FZ, I don't really have anything more to say about my suspects right now. I've said all I can about Blooper and why I think she's suspicious, but I suspect she won't come in here to answer for her Day 2 vote until 20 minutes before deadline. Take a look at Floyd's post history: do you see anything that makes you think he isn't a baddie throwing MM under the bus with his vote? I think they're both bad, and if I had to pick a fourth right now, I'm watching Golden closely, but for me this depends on whether or not Floyd is bad.

If you want to know who I feel good about, I'm not really looking at MattF anymore right now, I think he looks good for his involvement in the MM lynch. He tried to convince others to vote for MM, which is something I didn't see Golden do. I do not think Elo is bad at all. That is more a reading of her tone than her content. I think Elo likes to be a team player when she's bad, but her posts feel like she's working alone. I feel good about bea because MM was defending her from me when he had absolutely no reason to do so if they're teammates. I feel good about sig.

The player I'm most unsure of right now is Zebra. I have no read on her one way or the other.

Floyd, can you elaborate on what you meant here? Because right now it looks like you saw your scumbuddy going down, and I'm not convinced you even read MM's posts.

I think it's possible that MM's teammates saw the writing on the wall and knew they had to give him up. I'm sure they paid close attention to Sorsha's posts, and who was following her lead.

I also think it's possible that Floyd is bad and that, given the choice between the two, the other teammates decided it was better to vote for MM over Floyd because of Sorsha's certainty. Especially considering that MM did not put up much of a fight.

Hypocritical doesn't make you bad. If you're a baddie who voted for a civ, would you really vote for another player who voted for that civ and risk looking really bad? Or would you try to take a different road?

I know it doesn't, so I guess I just need more content from her, but she makes that difficult when she only briefly pops in and then disappears until the next deadline.
