Instead of a strict NK/role power system, to better reflect the theme and try something unique, the Health and Chakra system is adapted:

• Health can only be affected by damage from other players' night actions. The health indicated for each character is the starting amount as well as the maximum. Once a player reaches 0 health, they die.

No, you guys don't run complicated here. Your mechanics are pretty simple most of the time.

Though I like how Syndicate likes to have global game mechanics that give the whole game a flavor, instead of just focusing on abilities (example: the money game from economics or the guess who game).

I've actually been really confused at how Bass and MP's Naruto game is going to work in that respect. Mainly the chakra mechanic, and if it regenerates or anything.
